Pros:I like that we were upgraded after they rented out the vehicle we reserved.Cons:The price was still quite steep and the A/C didn’t work the best and the cruise control didn’t work in the car either.Reviewed 19 Aug 2020

Pros:Nothing! Due to renting through a third party it doesn’t mean i will get a rental.Cons:Customer service for one! No one was willing to help me out. The lot was full but yet they kept saying they had no cars. When you order something you get a conformation number which means 100% in their eyes. That car rental company at Mesa getaway airport in az is shady and rude! I was told by a couple there at that airport that they save the cars for the people traveling on the late flight so when they are stuck they can rent to them for a higher price....some shady business right there! Kayak is great, but they need to not work with Alamo or other car rentals at that location.Reviewed 28 Oct 2019

Pros:The manager was niceCons:They put me in a car that had a recall and after waiting 45 minute to get through the line, I ended up having to back out to get another car, which was a small SUV. Very different from the luxury car that I reserved and paid for.Reviewed 26 Apr 2021

Rented a Ford ExplorerPros:The truck it self overall was great. Got good mileage. The overall transaction with Alamo was great.Cons:When I put down the back seats the carpet was dirty with grass and I had to vacuum the back. The previous renter must have had dogs. Paw prints, grass, and hair everywhere.Reviewed 6 Sep 2017
