MisinformationPros:Agent at the airport was friendly and helpful. She really went above and beyond trying to get me home.Cons:I was told all I needed was a debit card. When I got to the rental counter I was not able to rent the car as I only had a debit card with me.Reviewed 6 Jan 2019
