Cons:They don't tell you that the *minimum* charge for checked baggage is AUD 39 for EACH leg of the trip until you attempt to check in online. Presumably they're trying to avoid price competition. Pretty sleazy! Also, no in flight entertainment and they charge for water. They threaten to charge you still more (without telling you how much more) if you don't print out your boarding pass in advance. In the end, however, it is *not* necessary. I guess they just enjoy killing trees and being dicks.

Pros:It's cheap.
Cons:Forgot to reserve my package and I paid more than round trip ticket price. I'd rather use Korean Air.

Pros:Crew are nice and polite. The fare is cheap.
Cons:We didn't know that we have to pre order our meal on board, So for our return trip, I thought I could add meals during web-check in but could't find the web site. Drinks normally complementary from airlines, in this case we have to pay for it. Yes, even for water. Over weight baggage will be charged arm and leg. Seats are tight and cramp. I guess you get what you paid for.

Cons:After catching the overnight flight from KL to Gold Coast, we were woken to announcement that food would be served (3 hours before landing) I reluctantly looked at the menu as I was still sleepy. But decided on purchasing the "ALL DAY BREAKFAST" only to find they no longer serve the only breakfast item on the menu due to its lack of interest.

Pros:As a budget traveler I love the low fares. The crew was second to none!! Problem with the orginal plane, yet within an hour had another replacement plane ready to fly!
Cons:Felt packed like sardines in a can. LOL But you get what you pay for.

Pros:the price... absolutely nothing else. And I will gladly pay more for a less horrible experience.
Cons:This was the worst travel experience of my life. And I travel a lot. I will NEVER fly air Asia again! I respect their low price but their tactics and abysmal customer care cannot be forgiven.

Cons:Had layovers in Malaysia and ended up being charged $145 extra dollars because of a checked baggage (which was supposed to be included in our ticket already)

Cons:there was no mention on your interface that that you have to pre pay for luggage. It was a disaster at the check in counter. With the airline trying to charge us $600 for 2 bags

Pros:The price of the fare
Cons:It was impossible to register the extra baggage by the website. This brought us troubles at the moment of check-in: request of extra fee (which was solved through a time consuming process)

Pros:Staff were helpful while checking in.
Cons:I don't understand how paying for checked bags ahead of time would be priced any differently than doing it at the check in counter, but the difference is exorbitant. It's a cheap airline for a reason and they get their money back by charging you for everything, including water during the flight. It's better to pay a little bit more for a real airline where standard things like carry ons, checked bags, water, and drinks come complimentary, especially for long flights.
