Transat is always a perfect alternative to transatlantic flights!
Would be nice if they could have a wifi service onboard and also if they had a food menu other then the one you have to pay !
.Bigger planes ;-)
Cons: Baggage included ..the return to be certain, not be on standby when it was initially booked as a two way flight.
Cons: The city I went to was locked down due to covid. Neither the airline nor budget air helped me get a refund before the flight took off.. Still waiting to hear back...
Pros: Nice crew, comfy seats, good communication from Captain, efficient boarding
Cons: It was all fine
Pros: The staff did their best with controlling passengers who were a bit difficult. Overall a good experience.
Cons: Implement the row by row getting off the plane. The flight back to Vancouver people were standing in the middle isle grabbing their carry on and waiting to get off the plane.
Pros: Cleaniness, spacious seats, entertainment screen and Off course crew was very helpful.
Pros: Air hostess’ were really nice
Cons: No snacks offered
Pros: Friendly crew
Cons: Seat wasn't reclining and was very uncomfortable
Pros: Crew amazing
Cons: Nothing. Always accommodating.
Pros: Very well organized on check in...
Cons: They ran out of most food selections
Pros: Food was good
Cons: More ice was needed in my drinks
Pros: Staff in Cancun were excellent. I recently had hip replacement and they approached me to provide wheelchair thru departure process and got me to departure gate.
Cons: More help in Montreal with automated declaration system etc for people that are not frequent travellers
Cons: Entertainment section is poor. Wifi reception is terrible
Pros: Yes for thé seat
Cons: Bene avisé for thé Velay and ont at thé airport 6hrs lost
Pros: The flight attendants friendly,
Cons: Limit of three bags is understandable but no solution offered when the time to board happened,
Pros: We (my wife and I) are able to sear together in a two-seat configuration.
Cons: Seat space and even worse when people in front of us move the seat back...I, as a rule, do not want to bother those behind so, as a rule I do not move my seat from the upright position..
Cons: Air Transat was awsome
Pros: Crew was accommodating and kept me and my family comfortable in the flight. Food was good
Cons: Free stuff like headphones and blanket which can be collected at the end of the flight
Cons: Free snacks.
Pros: Quick boarding. Clean plane.
Cons: Disgusted that baggage wasn't included in the ticket price. I've taken the route 6 times, and this is the first time baggage wasn't included in my ticket. Seats were very small and cramped, with very little room. Not enough space in the overhead lockers for baggage which made cramped seats even more cramped. The TV didn't work either so was a long flight with little entertainment.
Cons: Lots of time waiting to disembark. Some free snacks would be nice to.
Pros: The crew was good with the equipment they have. The aisle is to narrow to walk down normally. To use the wc it is almost impossible with the cart in the aisle and other passengers . I am tall and the seats are cramped and not enough space between them.
Cons: Our flight going down was 1.5 hrs late departing... Mechanical and over an hour late returning.....another mechanical .
Pros: Absolutly, they let me switch seat
Cons: No leg room,
Pros: Affordable and on time
Cons: Bizarre cabin crew announcements and chaotic boarding
Cons: Boarding sucks
Cons: Seats low on padding, no movie options other than the one offered on the public screen
