retrasos excesiviz
We were sitting on the plane for half an hour before we arrived at the gate after landing. We had to wait half an hour to collect our luggage.
Made payment for extra baggage online. When I got to check-in, they made me pay again. Lesson learned - Dont buy extra luggage allowence online, only pay at check-in.
Pros: I like the service ,the food in thos fliggt back. Excelent
Cons: Better rules for people who put the seat back while we eating ,some crewmembee could say something
Cons: Plane delayed on tarmac on arrival. Immigration line was chaos with no staff helping to provide order. Missed my connection and changed to another flight the next morning - aeromexico would not pay for hotel or taxi. Supervisors were rude and dismissive, didn’t care about effect on my plans.
Cons: Nice flt, competent and diligent cabin crew. But at ck in they assessed a $20.25 carryon bag fee even though my reservation via Kayak said one carryon was included. (It was within their weight and size limits) Even with empty seats they assigned me the non reclining row that abuts the restrooms (noise, smells, etc.)
Cons: boarding, we were told the flight was overbooked and we would have to wait for another flight
Cons: Terminal remota
Cons: left Houston more than 2 hours later, arrive in Mexico over 2 am
Pros: Crew needs to smile more! :)
Cons: warm food!
Pros: Online prompts for a flight I couldn't cancel.
Cons: Online prompts for a flight I couldn't cancel.
Pros: Fee alcohol on flight! Crew was also very nice and welcoming.
Cons: Everything seemed fine.
Cons: El problema es que nunca pude cambiar mi vuelo y con ustedes fue imposible comunicarse para que me auxiliaran. Muy mal por ustedes no por la línea.
Pros: Ticketing agent very unhelpful blamed Kayak for misinformation and cancellation of flight refused refund very rude ..told me to never book from private business
Cons: Never use aermexico again or kayak
Cons: We had frequent changes on our date flight, we also for paid 3 bags and on Aeroméxico’s site it appeared that we only paid for one of them, and lastly on the flight from Colombia to Mexico, one of our bags was opened without our supervision and there were several things stolen from it, the agent that we talked to about the inconvenience, her response was that the authorities could open and revise our bags without our supervision.
Pros: In business class- great food and staff
Cons: All good
Pros: HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE DO NOT FLY WITH AREOMEXICO
Pros: No bueno
Cons: La comida
Pros: Boarding and deplaning was done three rows at a time. It worked great.
Cons: I still haven’t gotten my refund when this flight was cancelled over 2 weeks ago! Terrible 3rd party service.
Cons: The baggage fee was excessive probably because Kayak had a discounted rate. Next time I will just book with Aero Mexico, it´s the same cost anyway.
Pros: Crew was very friendly!
Cons: all was excellent!
Pros: The crew was amazing, very respectful and very timely.
Cons: My experience with Aeromexico was excellent. The snack and drink sets them apart from the other competitors. No delays, and friendly staff.
Pros: The crew was amazing , the site is ok
Cons: I love Aeroméxico , thanks for de service and the food.
Pros: Nithing
Cons: Seat assignment with ticket bought 10 days prior
Pros: Crew was amazing!
Cons: Seats
Pros: Crew friendlynesd
Cons: Paying a little more attention to the seating. Not everyone was socially distanced. Seat rows were unequally distributed: some were all full others were too empty.
Pros: Plenty a space between seats. Ver confortable seats and small entertainment screens!
Cons: Better selection of movie?
Cons: punctual arrive
Pros: Seat was okay, but I thought we weren't doing center seats because of Covid risk. That plane was packed tight.
Cons: They made me store my bag, because I had a guitar which has always been allowed as a carry on. Its a fragile instrument, and has always been allowed as a carry on.
