Ok
Pros: Getting a sandwich and a drink was a surprise these days
Cons: The flight was late boarding and then 50 minutes late taking off
Cons: Five Hour delay
Pros: Food was surprisingly good, and crew was very nice.
Cons: The seats were the MOST uncomfortable thing I have ever had to sit on. Felt like cement covered in thin fabric.
It was nightmare Never ever going to use xlairways again
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Everything
Cons: Suddenly wasn't Etihad airways was economic airlines NAS airlines
Pros: Staff friendly at both check in and on the plane.
Cons: The plane was really old with a terrible entertainment offering (you had to download an app before leaving the gate). Food was inedible and portion tiny. The seats were super uncomfortable and they packed them in so tight. I'm 6ft3 and the legroom was appalling.
Terrible plane, terrible seat, terrible flight with terrible delay
Pros: - The crew upon the flight who were customer-facing were adequate. - Thomas Cook Airlines tried to make amends for putting their customers on a back-up plane with no in-flight entertainment with a 10 dollar gift certificate. It was better than nothing, so that's appreciated.
Cons: - The flight was delayed heavily, both coming in to land at the airport to pick the passengers up, but also leaving Miami. - The plane was a backup aircraft-- not an Air Tanker plane, which was originally supposed to fly the route, but a Hi-Fly plane; and from the looks and feel of it, and the "no cellphone" stickers which looked like they came from the early 80's when cellphones were still giant bricks-- I'm not an airline technician, but this plane looked really rough. - I would not have bought a ticket on the airline if I knew I'd be flying almost 9 hours (which ended up being 12+ hours, since we sat on the runway for 3 hours) in this extremely shoddy, uncomfortable aircraft. The seats were tiny, with old smelly upholstry, and the panels which lined in the inside of the craft were coming apart. No electronics worked, there were lights missing, and the screens on the back of the seat in front of me was popping out of the seat. - The seat I received was the last row against the wall-- and it did NOT recline. I'm 6'3''. And the person in front of me decided they'd like to recline all the way back, so I spent most of the flight feeling like a sardine, with a broken screen popping out of the seat in my face. I would NEVER fly overseas on this airline again. - In flight food was really poor, and there was no in-flight entertainment.
No personal bag allowed?
Cons: NO PERSONAL BAG? Bad luggage allowance Pay for almost everything
Very bad experience.
Pros: This flight was awful. The only saving grace was just a couple of the flight attendants. They helped me out the best they could.
Cons: First off there was ZERO onboard entertainment. Second they had no free alcohol. Theird their card reader wouldn't accept my credit card or bank card so I couldn't drink anything or buy any snacks. My kindle died over the 9 hours and there was no way I could charge it. and last second they jacked up the price on me. :)
Cons: Food and entertain not available
Cons: Delayed due to airline incompetence
I am rating Harbour Air, not 9 Air
Pros: Harbour it is a fantastic way to fly between Victoria and Vancouver, especially if you get a seat sale.
Cons: Kayak misinterprets the Harbour Air itinerary as another company, called 9 air. This is unfortunate because there is a lot of traffic at flies Harbour air, and I think that kayak should expand its trips to include this airline
Cons: No in flight entertainment or ability to charge devices
Would not fly again with them if I have a chance.
Pros: Old aircraft. Seats are extremely tight. Very uncomfortable 9 hr flight.
Horrible flight!!
Pros: Close to three hours after the scheduled departure, 23 are still waiting to depart!!! This is the worst flight experience I've ever encountered. I will be speaking a full reimbursement for the grievance caused by such an extreme delay (where we boarded hours ago and still have not taken off..and will land post the time I was supposed to leave on tours in Paris.) I will be out of a lot of money because of the poor handling on this carrier and doubt that I will travel via XL airways again.
Pros: The flight was timely. Food and service was good.
Cons: The leg room was not enough.
Cons: Ground staff at Kerry were helpful bar one guy who was shouting at customers for Ryanair flight. Staff member was rude though I'm sure he thought he was funny.
Short and sweet
Pros: Leg room and two by two layout.
Cons: Crew were miserable
No room to move or to even try to get comfortable.
Pros: Easy boarding, Very nice crew.
Cons: Seats way too small and uncomfortable.
Excellent service
Pros: On time, Friendly and very welcoming and helpful staff, Convinient flight Schedule Domestic flights from Hadena and Itami airports which are easily accessible from Tokyo and Kyoto. They are closer to Tokyo and Kyoto than Narita and Kasan internationa airports.
Cons: Nothing
