Zurich hotels near Museum Bärengasse

Pros: This place is awesome in a fresh and unpretentious way. They have nailed the concept and the service. It ticks every box. The staff is super helpful and friendly. one of those rare hotels where the restaurant and the lounge are actually super busy, this says something. Will be back. My experience with them has changed Y perception of the city! THANK YOU....

Cons: If you want a parking space you need to book it in advance which I didn’t know. Others than that’s, That I only stayed one night... would have loved to spend more time.

Pros: This is our favorite hotel when we go back to Zurich to visit friends. Convenient and indoor parking space (although not for free). The hotel is new, and facilities all work well. Room is spacious in Zurich City standard. Nice decor and surroundings.

Cons: Transportation. Although it is close to the main train station. But it is still 8-10 mins walk away, so are tram stations, which depending on the weather, could be rather painful. There are only two buses around.

Pros: Close to the station and great location in the city. Smart and tidy with friendly staff. Quirky fun rooms and comfy beds. Great stay all round.

Pros: It was very cool loved the lobby vibe! We enjoyed eating at Neni restaurant for dinner and breakfast/brunch. Rooms were cool late check out

Pros: It was our first time in zurich and i am so glad that i chose this hotel...first of all its location is very close to central train station and old town regions...we stayed in an extra large room with a fantastic railway view...the room was very clean,well decorated and the room service was good...the reception staff was cool too but may be much more interested in host relationships with a smiling face etc...the breakfast was very good especially the yogurt bowl and fresh fruit section was very detailed and good...as a result if you want to stay in a stylish,modern and very clean hotel in zurich i highly recommend this one!

Pros: Hotel location is good, close to public transport and near a shopping centre, personel is helpful, room is well isolated for sound, heating and air conditioning are fine, bed is comfortable, room is clean, wi-fi is free and at good speed, breakfast has plenty of selections and good quality.

Cons: Bathroom is small and seperated from the room with sliding glass door

Pros: We absolutely loved everything about our stay at Savoy hotel! The location is perfect, the staff were amazing, the room was gorgeous! We didn’t want to leave!

Pros: Centrally located. Tram station is just outside the hotel and Zurich main station is just across the river.

Pros: Really great location in Zurich. Can walk to most of the sites or grab a tram right out front. We had a junior suite and the size and layout were great. Very helpful staff. No complaints. Would definitely return.

Pros: The hotel is beautiful inside and out. It's close location to many places we needed (train station, shopping district, etc.) allowed us to visit many of them within minutes of each other.

Cons: The breakfast service, while wide-ranging in its offerings, is quite expensive for people who prefer smaller meals as their first of the day.

Pros: Absolutely PERFECT location for almost anything! Staff was extremely friendly, accommodating and helpful. Step out the front door and hop on a tram to go anywhere in the city, even to the outlying places, even the airport! Restaurants galore! GREAT HOTEL!

Cons: This property is all about money and not about the customer. I work at a travel agency in Sydney for more than 7 years and never had seen so much unprofessionalism before. They charge you 1/2 amount of the reservation before arrival and when check out the normal would be to charge the other half . However , they charged the whole amount on check out . And promise the other half to be refund in 2 weeks . I’ve never seen this in my life. To be charged like this . I am on the middle of my holiday and still haven’t seen my money back. I am impressed that booking.com doesn’t interfere in things like this . As this property is illegally taking more money without autorization from guests. So here I am , my reservation was $700 but I was charged $1200. Do not stay there. The same with breakfast , with you order before yo pay $32 and in the time $38. I order a month before , sending them emails , and on check out them charged me for $38. Plus there is a bar downstairs who gives 10%discount for guests , what of course we did not received. This place is just a money machine , they only care about taking your money , be very careful staying there , they keep your credit cards details for weeks ! What is also ilegal

Pros: The location is great! Right in Old Town and a lot of options close to hotel for food and entertainment. Staff was great and friendly. Room sizes are great especially with kids (one required a crib which hotel provided)

Cons: Breakfast isn’t really included since they basically give you a voucher for the cafe downstairs. Which is fine but the per day/person cost is very high.

Pros: I was bit my bed bugs during my stay and sent an email to the hotel and didn't have any answer whatsoever from them!!

Pros: The hotel is nice in an old charming building wright in the middle of old town what was good but sometimes was a bit too crowded and noisy . The main restaurant was closed for renovations during our stay . So no room service . The staff was friendly but a little unprepared . The room witch was a suite , was nice and spacious . Overall was a ok experience but I think you could get better value for your money .

Cons: Was in a very crowded a bit noisy . The staff wasn’t very prepared to help. The bathroom got all wet everyone you had a shower since there were no door.
