Cons (-) This hotel is the súmmum of the old Swiss traditional hospitality fame. Everything run like a Swiss Watch. A lot of details. The cart in the evening delivering bars of Swiss chocolate is and excellent idea and a very nice detail

Pros (+) Gorgeous gem of an old-world hotel in the heart of Zurich. Impeccably maintained and with legendary Swiss service and hospitality. Don't miss their breakfast buffet! Highly recommended!
