The staff were amazing - So much so, I got them a bottle of wine as a thank you. They were very polite, excellent English and the restaurant food was lovely. I mentioned I had an issue with my flight and they let me extend my check out for an hour to accommodate me. I would REALLY recommend staying here. Excellent location also (1 minutes walk from Zurich Main Station). As a solo, female traveler, I never felt less than safe
The hotel room was very basic. 1980s decor and feel. But,. Not here to live in my hotel room, I'm here to explore the city

I'm a student studying abroad and decided to go to Zurich, Switzerland. As a student traveling on a budget, I found this hotel decently priced and made me feel safer than a hostel as I was traveling alone. The hotel was placed in a wonderful spot next to the Limmat river, close to many stores and the rest of the city was easily accessible. The hotel staff was wonderful and helped me with extenuating issues, and was happy to accommodate me in different ways. The hotel was clean, beautiful, and quiet. Overall I thoroughly enjoyed my holiday in Zurich and I'm very glad I chose to stay in this hotel for my trip. I would recommend this hotel and would stay here again when I come back to Zurich!
