While the location couldn’t be better to the central train station and old town Zürich, they simply didn’t allow air conditioning even though they advertised as having AC. It was rather chilly outside, and I guess they expected us to open our windows to the fresh air. Pros (+) The location is fantastic. Right by the train station and central to everything you want to do.
Cons (-) The staff are rude, unapologetic, and unsympathetic. The beds are none standard so a queen bed is two smaller ones next to each other. They must have used some cardboard to connect two smaller mattresses because the bed was so uncomfortable I slept 0 hours the first night. They will tell you they are out of mattress toppers.
