Cons (-) Breakfast, toiletries, quality of towels, no slippers or robe.. overall not a luxury hotel or even 4 star.. more like a 3.5
Cons (-) Sofa bed was the worst I have ever slept on. Neighborhood not good either

Cons (-) That they did not have a shuttle service from the airport or to port as we were there for a cruise. Although you could walk from hotel, it was a bit difficult with cruise luggage.
Pros (+) Well located downtown Vancouver hotel, recently tastefully renovated. Friendly, helpful staff.
Cons (-) The toilet in our bathroom was located immediately in front of the sink which made access to the sink a bit awkward. New bathrooms are small.
