Amazingly intimate destination. Staff were great, food was great, location was perfect for a week relaxing. There is a Cenote literally opposite the hotel. You have to swim there, although watch out for the resident crocodile. Particular shout out to Erik who always had a smile on his face.
Only slight downside to this amazing location is the distance from Tulum strip. If you are going in for the evening it's around $80 round trip by taxi. We preferred being secluded and having privacy but if you were planning every evening there, it could get pricey.
It is very smart and I have no real strong complaints about the place. The room 102 was super with a great view. It was beautifully quiet.
If you are American and you come to Tulum, stop reading. If you are European you will find the place very expensive. I travel globally and the cost does not equal the quality. The beach is not suitable for swimming. You can go in with beach shoes but it is not what you expect at Tulum. The food and drinks were expensive compared to other places nearby. The service for the room needed comments at reception to remedy things not done or forgotten. The staff are too used to American tippers. They were very direct about our need to tip. In all, nothing major if the place was not €300 per night. It just needs another 10% attention. The luxury is in the detail.
Location, service, cleanliness
Breakfast and drinks were excellent. Dinner was not great.
The hotel was very intimate and the beach was quiet and relaxing! The staff were amazing.
I wished the bedding was softer!
This place is amazing! View, room, facilities, staffs and Food. Can’t ask for more and I wish that I can stay there forever!
Location! It’s a little bit far from the main road, you have to rent a car if not it’s a nightmare but other than that everything is perfect!!!

Booking a room here is simple, but the rooms do fill up rather quickly. This hotel has become popular recently, and during the busy seasons, they tend to get booked fast.
