“We decided to go last minute trip randomly we choose this place( because hubby and I are travel lovers ) first you can’t swim at all at the beach , but what really left me stunned was the fact that last night there we had planned a nice dinner came to the hotel was not storms or anything but was no power at all no water no electricity no ac no food we couldn’t shower we couldn’t used the toilet ( oh my god ) after we tour all day all we wanted was a nice bath , worse once we arrived there was completely dark blackout nobody in the reception I was scared to death so as my husband we were starving , we were so scared that we had to go to the next door hotel ( who also didn’t have power but guess what they had staff food candles drinks were so welcoming I do recommend them Mereva please if you go there stay at mereva their staff were absolutely amazing I do so regret ) we travel all over the world but this was the most scared moment of our lives , not even about the power itself but not staff no food and blackout we felt like we were totally abandoned .. Power only came back next day at 11am can you imagine we were super dirty and hungry we went to speak with the front desk which actually was a super nice guy SUPER ( but I’m sure the owners are cheap and he has to follow orders ) My husband was outraged and asked him what they were going to do since we lost one night and morning of our supposedly amazing trip ? He said ohh we will give u next time u come a night or 2 of stay ? REALLY !!! What a joke we missed one entire night we expected to be refunded for something we didn’t get it period When hotels/ staff understand that we the people we who pay the hotel we are the voice to recommend places they will Work on listening to our needs and better train their staff , I would like to be Refunded for our last night/ of horror . We traveled without our kids for 4 nights for peace became a nightmare or a horror movie .”
