9.0 Excellent
Pros: Have been staying at this hotel before and really enjoy the quality and cosiness of this small hotel. The service was impeccable and the location perfect in the historical Tallinn old town. If you like quiet small classy hotels and the warm personal touch, this is the place. I will stay here again next time in town.
Cons: Nothing really, but don't expect all the busy restaurants and facilities that come with the big modern hotels. But then again, if that is what you are looking for you wouldn't be looking at this type of hotel.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, great service, great room and breakfast!
Cons: Everything was great!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: There were 8 of us staying here for a long weekend. Everyone loved the stay. The hotel is in a fantastic location, the staff are very friendly and professional. The rooms are a good size, very clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast was Amazing ! Dinner at the restaurant was very good as well. Could not fault hotel, staff or facilities.
Cons: Nothing !
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast is exceptional. There is plenty of choice. The Estonian breakfast (supplement applies) is a very nice alternative to the English breakfast. There is a wide selection of breads and pastries. The room, though small, was well appointed with quality bed linen. The hotel is located in the old town and makes an ideal base to explore wonderful Tallinn. A special mention to the staff who were very attentive and friendly.
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Location was great! Roman at reception was awesome. We had booked a Jr Suite. I would not call the room more than a large double. The bath room was not acceptable at all. You couldn’t move.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Again a very pleasant stay in Schlössle Hotel. The hotel is truly charming and offers a touch of luxury. Our room on the top floor was very quiet. Staff was very attentive all through. Tasty breakfast was served in a cozy vault restaurant with an open fire.
Cons: The only minus was the too warm room temperature in the room that didn’t cool down despite our efforts with the thermostate.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I would give 11points if possible! Hotel is super beautiful and our room was oh, so so pretty! Plus such lovely staff - all of them friendly, helpful, accommodating but especially housekeepers left us smiling! Will definitely stay here again in the future!
Cons: That we only stayed for one night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Hotel Schlosse was just perfect. Cosy, welcoming and a luxurious bolthole for a short break. The staff were just wonderful - we couldn't have asked for more. Loved it!

8.8 Excellent
Pros: Building and room design lovely. Great location Bed extremely comfortable
Cons: Breakfast was poor. The cereal selection was limited with no muesli type on offer, hot food was warm not hot, pancakes unavailable one day, honey crystallised indicating poor storage and then heated when my husband complained. Should not charge for English breakfast at this quality of hotel. Plates not cleared from table as you finish each course. Towels changed each day although we had folded them and hung them up to reuse. Metal top glass water bottles not practical to use during the night. Television in room 27 hard to control- very erratic. No table for placing drinks when sitting on sofa and no milk provided for drinks although it was supplied on request. No headboard on bed made reading difficult. Open hanging rack for clothes spoiled the atmosphere of the bedroom. No lift would be a serious problem to guests with reduced mobility or sight problems

Cons: Our room had a locked door to next room and through that we heard clearly our neighbors talking. And they didn't want to sleep that night :). Luckily we were too tired and missed most of the talk :)
7.1 Good
Pros: Hilton rooms are always nice.
Cons: Hallway to rooms were not clean. Usually they vacuum them every day or at least every other day. But here it was full of dirt and sands. At least on our floor. Someone dropped a paper and it was 2 days on hallway. So that is something they could improve. And reception lady was not nice to other girl visitors. As soon as men came to her she was super polite. That was weird.

Cons: The service in the bar was very very slow and they weren't very customer service friendly. The room was nice but the shower had a serious problem. Cons: The bed is very soft The reception is about 350 meter from the apartment
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location Nice and spacious
Cons: Need better blinds on the windows - sheer curtains for bedroom that looks out to the square would be better. Street lights were quite bright all night
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Our stay was great mainly because of the amazing location! Right in the middle of the old town, we had access to everywhere and everything we needed. The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything was easy. Thank you so much.
Cons: The only thing to note was taking all our luggage through the town where cars couldn’t go was a little difficult over the cobbled stone roads. But, we understand that this was a small price to pay for the central location.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location was incredible. Spacious, clean, warm
Cons: Duvet and pillows for fold out bed were not provided. A tea towel to dry dishes would have been helpful One roll of toilet paper for 3 people for 3 days wasn’t enough
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location - loved the OLD town Easy to collect Keys Super clean and big
Cons: There was NO wine glasses in the apartment - important when on vacation
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location. Right in front of the square where the Christmas Market is. And 15 mins walk to most sights within the old town. Facilities in the room was good, and all was clean.
Cons: No view, but OK.

Pros: The receptionist was very helpful. She explained the location of the hotel very well and help us get a taxi. She also explained about bus ride to St.Petersburg correctly and gave useful information to us. The location is perfect. Right in front of town hall.

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous location just around the corner from the main square. Beautiful building with obvious care taken in design. Breakfast was great with both continental buffet options and cooked-to-order options. Staff were lovely.
Cons: The only thing I can say we didn't care for were the huge boudoir photographs in the rooms and hallways. All of the furnishings and design choices were so beautiful that the photos came across as a bit trashy.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Location couldn't be better. Nice small touches, morning paper, daily water etc.
Cons: The breakfast spread was all freshly made and provided a large choice, but no mention of GF foods and the staff not too sure on the subject. The whole hotel was SO overheated it was impossible to stay indoors once dressed! There is no access to the radiators in the rooms which gives the guest no choice over regulating the temp other than opening the windows or asking reception to lower it, and the thermostat seemed to be completely redundant. Overall, a very hot stay!!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location, very friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: We had the room on the ground floor, it was a tad dark.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. Very central location.

7.0 Good
Pros: Location was perfect. Could not be better. Very good breakfast with a la carte choices besides the buffet, as omelettes, pancakes, english breakfast,...
Cons: Staff was very junior. Friendly but could not take any decision. We were celebrating our 10 years anniversary and they said they would come 10min after our check in with a “surprise”. As any guest, you expect then a bottle of sparkling wine or chocolates,... they arrived with a bowl of fruits. That was a joke.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff efficient and friendly Very central so seeing all of the old town was easy.
Cons: Nothing
6.7 Good
Pros: Very well located hotell in the middle of the old town. Nice big rooms.
Cons: The staff was unskillful, unpolite and could not answer to any questions. The art in the walls was untasteful and sexist. I am not feminist, but pictures liike that are not pictures at luxury hotell.

Pros: Everything was up to 5 star rank I liked their room-service Cheeseburger Very nice spa & swimming pool
Cons: There was a coffee machine issue Entrance door was flaking a bit. The other hotel is blocking view on old town. Otherwise true 5 star experience

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was as perfect as could be. Staff, facilities, building; everything. Our initially-booked room wasn't available upon our arrival. We were offered a king sized room for only 10 Euros more per night and took it in a heartbeat. No regrets. If every hotel were this good the world would be a better place.
Cons: What didn't I like? That I could only spend one night here. I hope we can make it back to Tallinn someday, and if we do, we're coming right back to the Telegraaf without hesitation.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Good bedding , clean and new . Great breakfast and full use of pool and gym was just what we needed . Very good health treatments available in house
Cons: The pool and gym were confusing to get to . Be prepared take keys , towels etc but well worth it all .
5.0 Okay
Pros: Location and breakfast are good, hotel staff is very helpful. Access to spa is adding a nice touch.
Cons: I was expecting it to be much cleaner. I am traveling weekly and staying in different hotels and this was a disappointment.
6.0 Good
Pros: Location, swimming pool, view from the window
Cons: Staff was busy, not attentive, not good at foreign languages
8.0 Excellent
Pros: More than a hotel, it is a SPA/water park with a 50-meter pool, surrounded by a hotel. The best hotel to stay for swimmers (my case) and for families with children. Next to Tallinn old town.
Cons: As it really is a water park, the rooms, common spaces, etc. smell a little bit of chlorine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was rich and varied including 2 types of fish. The waterpark has everything for relaxation: a huge swimming pool, 3 saunas and 1 steam room, massage baths and showers, large and small water slides, comfortable changing rooms with hair dryers, mini-cafe with ice cream...
Cons: We didn't open the window, as it is directly on the road, and at night it is noisy from cars. For breakfast, it is better to come early: after 9 am there are lot of people. Slightly minimalistic design of the hotel and rooms. In the waterpark during the day a lot of people, so it is better to come in the morning or after 8 PM.

Pros: Very good place, only two minutes from old town. Nice rooms, good breakfast. We have to pay for car parking 20 euro. We hope to come back :)
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location and very spacious and comfy room for 3 people.
Cons: The breakfast didn't have much variety options for vegetarians.
2.8 Mediocre
Cons: Very small uncomfortable rooms!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Comfortable room, close to attractions, great views, good internet connection
Cons: Would have liked tea coffee making facilities in room
6.0 Good
Pros: Well-trained members of staff. Location is great. Lactose free food on breakfast is a huge advantage
Cons: When booking and choosing the room, photos really differ from what I got when I came to the room. Luckily, there were professional staff members who changed my room for a higher class , which was better than the room I got at first, but not the same as expected. Fans in the bathrooms were extremely old in both rooms. Breakfast was the same everyday - could have given at least different hams and pastries.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The food was very delicious, the menu was different every morning while I stayed there. The staff was attentive and very kind. I would love to come back again!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The reality was completely the same as in description on their home page and our room was even better. We had a room on the 1-st floor and sound isolation was perfect. Nothing disturbed us except noise of the busy street. Breakfast was great, vegetables, fruits, fish, porridge, very tasty pastry. Coffey could be better. It was also possible to leave our luggage after our checking out. The staff were superb. Our beds were comfortable.
Cons: I would like to stay there even longer:).
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Not far from the old town wall, good internet, comfortable bed, large room, interesting wall, quiet.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location is great for a day or 2 in Tallinn
Cons: One lift being out of order, the other one was often full.
7.0 Good
Pros: Great place to stay in Tallinn center. Across the street from Old town. Before arrival we asked for additional bed for our daughter and asked for upper floor to see beautiful city. Hotel fulfilled all our requests. It was quiet and we could sleep soundly. No big city noise.

5.4 Okay
Pros: Excellent location in old town tallinn, with lots of great restaurants, bars, and sight-seeing nearby. Pretty nice accommodations inside the room, with new paint, a hot shower, minibar with fridge space for a few things of your own, etc. Staff is super helpful, and was great to call a cab for me, print boarding passes, etc.
Cons: For our room, we swiped our cards and entered at ground level but the actual room was up some private stairs on the next level, meaning we had no choice but to carry all our luggage up a pretty narrow and steep flight of stairs; no elevator. We had a queen bed, and is the case in many low-cost european hotels, this is really two twin beds stuck together with a bridging pad. Not a huge issue, but it is not as comfortable as the real deal. Worse was the fact that the comforter was also two very small comforters rather than a single large blanket, which made the blanket wars particularly fierce. The rooms are also pretty cold. We froze our butts off the first night with the heater on max before discovering a space heater in the wardrobe, which we subsequently ran on max to keep it 72ish in the room. Probably our biggest complaint was the breakfast. It is much lower quality food than you will find at comparably priced hotels elsewhere, i.e. the cold cuts won't include any smoked salmon or fancier cheeses, and the meat is like budget processed deli ham versus salami and quality cold cuts. Croissants and similar items are available but are lower quality than in the other hotels we stayed in. And worst of all, the amount of seating in the breakfast room is totally inadequate. They had about 7 tables, and there were frequently 20+ people eating, meaning that we all had to share tables with strangers and were constantly bumping into one another when we got up for coffee or whatever. This is a fine hotel, but we won't stay here again.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very good location and very nice price
Cons: The bathroom was very small and not so comfortable
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything was super!
7.0 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and affordable price, though the room was really small but it included the breakfast and the location is good. Breakfast was ok and the room was clean. Good location if you want to visit old town. Quiet surroundings at least in our rooms location.
Cons: The bathroom sewer was smelling really bad, every time you would flush the toilet, the smell came up and spread to the room, which made the stay quite unpleasant. There was a bunk bed that was really wobbly and would almost fall on me every time when climbing the stairs (I weigh about 68 kg and the room was booked for two adults so I think it should not come down like that).
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice hotel in a lovely neighborhood. Many sightings very close to the hotel. Lots of cafés and restaurants in the near vicinity as well. My room was quite small, but it was all I needed, so can't complain about it.
10.0 Excellent
