Pros: Great location, very good facilities, breakfast included. Not expensive by European standards. Rooms are spacious enough and well designed. The view is great and the room is quiet. The building feels modern. Trust the hype - this is the place you wanna stay in when in Tirana.
Cons: Faint smell of cigarettes in the room. The gym was rather small, and I went to run at adjacent city park (much better option if the weather permits).
