Pros: I absolutely loved it’s location, breakfast and super friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: I booked a room with a bath. And with an additional shower. It was very important for me because I travelled with my 1 year old son, husband and our baby sitter. But in the begging we were given a different appartement with only 1 shower and without dinning area. I asked to change it. But there were no empty options. The second day our appartement was changed. But it was musty and with worse repair. In the end they didn’t charge us for parking in order to make a discount for the inconvenience. (20€)

Cons: Poor customer service! Be aware some of the staff specially the shift manager at the reception desk Lumturie Aga was rude and doesn’t know how to deal with customer service and she is a senior staff there. She is cold, she is rude, she shows frustration faces, she doesn’t look warm or friendly and also she looks completely unmotivated that made me feel uncomfortable, frustrated, and bad! Also, be aware that you may need to pay with cash at the check out as the credit card machines don’t work properly and they have an ATM right next to it as it happens a lot! And of course is a business as the atm is inside of the hotel next to the reception desk and if you pull money out it will charge you around 5 euros to get money out. Terrible experience due to the management and I will never stay there again. For being a 5 star hotel it really doesn’t meet the standards of that kind of hotel. Next time I will stay at the Plaza.

It was relaxing to eat dinner or take a cup of coffee on the balcony outside the restaurant. Top class breakfast. The staff were extremely kind and helpful and spoke excellent English. We really enjoyed our stay here
