Each room as equipped with an iPad and the room had a button for everything - dimming lights, lifting shades, etc. Each room was large with a balcony & an extremely comfy bed that is like a tempur pedic mattress. The location was great - centered around a few good restaurants but just within walking distance of the city center. Breakfast in the morning was excellent - made to order omelets, coffee as well as the option to purchase a cappuccino or espresso, different croissants/meats/cheeses, fresh juice. The staff were incredibly kindhearted and sweet. They went out of their way to make sure we were settled and to answer all of our questions.

Cons: The only thing is we booked a massage through the neighboring Turkish Spa, which I assume may have an affiliation as they put the call in to make the arrangement. Everything leading up to the massage was great as the Hotel made the experience great, it was in the Spa we found the flaws. The Spa seemed disorganized. We were not given a bracelet or anything to lock up our personal belongings in the locker room. The spa Jacuzzi kept shutting off like every 5 minutes and we kept having to hold down the button to get it started again and again. Then the massage for all 4 of us seemed lacking. 2 of us didn't feel it was of good strength even when asked for more pressure and the other 2 felt like it was a lot of elbows and not relaxation or relief. Ultimately unhappy with the massage results.

Pros: The personal it is very professional. Breakfast is just amazing, have many choices. Room is very interesting arranged, with different lights. In the bathroom you have everything you need. It is very clean. Bed is very comfortable. The view from my room was very nice to the montagne. The person on the desk it is more than helpful. I had a problem with my computer and he tried to help me and because was something serious, ask for a friend t come and solve it. I was saved by this very nice person from the desk. Thank you again. I took dinner also. I communicate in time what menu I want and the hour. The restaurant it is not non stop, it is for hotel clients who make reservation. I definitely recommend this hotel. I will come back for sure.

Pros: The hotel was great and the views from the 10th floor is amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful and go above and beyond to help. The restaurant serves some fantastic food and at a good price. The view from the restaurant of the city is grand, you have a 360 view of Tirana. My room was big and had a nice balcony to view the city and relax in the sun. When you get into the lift from the ground floor, the lift has floor to ceiling glass which allows you to view the entire city all the way up to the tenth floor. I had a fantastic time, and the service was very high standard, all the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to all (as an experienced traveler and from a person who has stayed in hundreds of hotels from around the world). 9/10.

Pros: I have been other times in this little and hidden hotel at the 10th floor on top of a building in the middle of Block (very old center in Tirana). The view on the city from the little balcony/roof garden is amazing, and you can have breakfast there, it the weather allows. Breakfast is European/east side habits (sort of German sausage, soft cheese, yogurts), but always you can order fresh expresso or genuine cappuccino. Often good fresh croissants are there. Missing the toast machine to prepare buttered toast... Location strategic, except the typical traffic which squeezes the center of the Tirana. 15€ the taxi to/from airport.

Pros: The hotel was great and the views from the 10th floor is amazing. The staff are friendly and very helpful and go above and beyond to help. The restaurant serves some fantastic food and at a good price. The view from the restaurant of the city is grand, you have a 360 view of Tirana. My room was big and had a nice balcony to view the city and relax in the sun. When you get into the lift from the ground floor, the lift has floor to ceiling glass which allows you to view the entire city all the way up to the tenth floor. I had a fantastic time, and the service was very high standard, all the staff were amazing. I would highly recommend this hotel to all (as an experienced traveler and from a person who has stayed in hundreds of hotels from around the world). 9/10.
Cons: The only issue I had was with the lift as I experienced problems, at one point I waited 10 minutes for the lift to arrive as this is the main access to get to the hotel which is on top of a building. The staff rectified the problem, and a technician repaired the lift and everything was fine the next day.

Pros: I have been other times in this little and hidden hotel at the 10th floor on top of a building in the middle of Block (very old center in Tirana). The view on the city from the little balcony/roof garden is amazing, and you can have breakfast there, it the weather allows. Breakfast is European/east side habits (sort of German sausage, soft cheese, yogurts), but always you can order fresh expresso or genuine cappuccino. Often good fresh croissants are there. Missing the toast machine to prepare buttered toast... Location strategic, except the typical traffic which squeezes the center of the Tirana. 15€ the taxi to/from airport.

Cons: The doors aren’t sound-proof so every time someone comes out of the room, you could hear the loud slam when the door closes. My room was near the street & I could hear everything that passes through it. The linens aren’t changed regularly. I have even requested from the receptionist on my 3rd day stay to make sure that I have fresh linens but never happened.
