The car we reserved was not available when we arrived. The only vehicle that could accommodate our passengers and luggage was a truck. The agent charged us the full price for the truck which was considerably more expensive. He said that there was fine print on the webpage explaining that this may happen and we were responsible for the difference in price. Also, the agent didn’t show up for work on the day we returned the car so it took over an hour to find someone who could help us.Reviewed 1 Jan 2023

Pros:Nothing in particular. They didn’t have a car ready so we waited almost an hour. Then we got the BS bait and switch with insurance. Quote on line did not indicate need for insurance, then agent would not release car unless we purchased insurance. Standard foreigner upcharge.Cons:Have car available on time. No carCons:When I arrived at the specified time of pickup, they didn't have a car for me to rent. This was a big problem, in part because the only available car in the airport was from Express Rent a Car and it had a nail in one tire, and a thumb tack in another.
