Pros: This was the best and most valuable hotel I ever stayed in Taiwan.
Cons: Nothing particular only that the restaurant should have some higher temperature during the cold and rainy days(January).
Other than that good.
Hope they can keep the same hotel charge per night.

Pros: The staff lived up to its reputation as being both friendly and helpful. Also, we visited the Shangri-La while in Taipei and glad we stayed at the Landis. The other hotels had an industrial feel and totally impersonal. Will be returning.

Pros: This is a very elegant hotel with a wonderful layout. The rooms were absolutely beautiful and very clean, with spacious bathrooms and a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredible. They all displayed high quality customer service and were extremely helpful, from getting us taxis to helping us find local places to eat as well as suggestions of where to go to see things in Taipei. The breakfast was very well organized and had a mix of western and Chinese food. One of the Manager's Johnny was very kind and respectful and always made sure that we were happy. The whole stay was amazing and would very highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Taipei. For the service and amenities this hotel offered I believe this was an excellent deal in terms of cost. I will definitely return to this hotel in the future.

I did complain about the towel, reception stated because environment friendly, so no towel or sheet was change. This mean all the room during the stay or after wasn't not clean. Need to request to change towel and bed sheet every day.

Cons: I was on the 8th floor and there was a stale odor in the hallway. The electric toilet didn't work and the shower door leaked water on the bathroom floor. As for their breakfast buffet, while the service was great, the breakfast was disappointingly mediocre at best. They could have easily improved the quality, for example, if you're serving bagels and lockes, please have cream cheese available... and of course some sliced cucumber, tomatoes, and capers will be nice too.
