Cons: Queue at breakfast. Air temperature in room, too high during the night, not possible to modify, noisy when opening the window.

Cons: It was too hot in the room and I no air-conditioning. Also, I was overcharged twice - first time when I book hotel, than I got another payment in the hotel.

Pros: The breakfast was really good and rich. The staff was really kind and helpful. The room was absolutely clean, well lighted and large. The location is perfect. The atmosphere of the hotel was really nice.

Cons: At night was a little warm in the room.

Pros: Kind lady on reception let us to checkin 3 hrs before official time. Coffee machine in the room is awesome idea!

Cons: I understand all that "green" ideas but the absence of active ventilation/cooling in rooms is total fail. Child hardly slept on evening sun side of hotel because of suffocating heat.

Pros: It was all fine: clean and well-appointed room, decent breakfast, free parking, about a 10 minute walk to the metro.

Cons: Really the only problem was that the room was too warm (in August) even with the heater turned off. We could open the window, but then it was much too noisy, since it's right next to a highway. On the other hand, the soundproofing is excellent, so in cooler weather it would be perfect.

Pros: The staff were nice and friendly and the hotel is close to metro station. The breakfast was also good.

Cons: The bathroom did not have good facilities, such as tissues were missing and the toiletries were not sufficient.

Pros: The Ibis Stockholm Hägersten provides value for money, you know what to expect and that's what you get. Location is not the best but not to far from the city and the excellend subway system is nearby.

Pros: everything was ok.

Pros: The staff was helpful when answering questions about the city. The breakfast was worth the money.. fresh fruit and veggies!

Cons: The room was drafty and the small heater could not heep the room warm enough.

Pros: Comfortable hotel with good access to the city center (500 meters) excellent as value for money.

Cons: Entrance not accessible for a late arrival, bell not working, old and not engaging facilities, bad smell in the bathroom, shower handle dysfonctioning, noisy ...

Pros: location had easy access to Metro

Cons: no ice, no a/c, no housekeeping unless asked for, no or poor wifi, TV limited

Pros: The room was pretty modern with a large tiled bathroom with shower (....but very dark even with all lights on, since walls were painted in "dark grey" and "heavy purple").

Cons: The cleaning of the room was "none" during my stay a full week, not even the wastepaper basket was emptied, no new towels was presented, nothing... I have never experienced such a lack of routine, never before - no cleaning lady. Good view over parts of Stockholm -- through a never cleaned window. The reception staff was not social competent, sitting in a glass cage, just watching something. Had breakfast once the first morning, paying 10 Euros, not worth that. Being called a "Stadshotell", this was not what to expect - more a bed for a night. The location is pretty close to Stockholm, in a not very pleasant area -- and placed very high up, lots of stairs, 10-15 minutes walk from the Metro station Liljeholmen - no choice for elderly or children. 3 or 4 TV channels, poor quality with disturbances. WiFi slow speed. Too few power outlets (but this seems to be a normal state for most hotel rooms... computer , phone adapter...)

Pros: Location was good for the purpose of the visit.

Cons: The room never was cleaning, not mentioning that there was only 1 towel. TV didn't work. After 12 p.m. the door was closed and had to phone the reception to come down and open. The personal seemed not to bother with any problems.

Cons: Cleaning and breakfast is not part of the service during stay.

Cons: - Cannot Call this small room "Juniorsuite" - No heating in the bathroom (cold floor-tiles) - Shower-head-brackets broken - Handle on the shower door loose, screw missing - No system for changing towels - Door difficult to open and lock - Poor isolation, snoring nabours made it difficult to sleep

Cons: This is not a 3* HOTEL !!!! this is a hostel in the apartment building on the outskirts of Stockholm ! providing a towel does not make it a hotel. prepare to see a lot of drunks and homeless around.

Pros: The rooms were clean and the staff were helpful.

Cons: The location was up a steep hill or stairs and this was not advertised. The building was a bit basic with lots of door locks.

Pros: I had a very nice room with fantastic view over Stockholm ! Location next to Liljeholmstorget is perfect with Metro and Tram connections ! Also nice areas to walk around .
