8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great service, friendly staff and good location
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff was very friendly and accommodating. They help you to arrange tours or you can hire their private hotel driver which we did to Bagan and back (ask for Sai). The location is near the Royal Palace. The authentic traditional decor, the rooftop restaurant, views, and evening puppet show was wonderful. A satisfying breakfast.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Interior decoration of room is amazing! Bed is comfortable and breakfast is various. It’s so nice to stare at the city view and Mandalay hill from the rooftop restaurant and enjoy the breakfast.
Cons: Most of staffs are nice, however when I was using cell phone in the lobby, one of staff kept watching my cell phone after we told him not to do this. It makes me uncomfortable.
7.0 Good
Pros: You perfectly can arrange your day trip through Mandalay and surroundings with the hotel, if you want to have an amazing driver (cool guy) ask for Sai... dinner super at the rooftop Restaurant, actually Restaurant best of the whole hotel
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Well appointed with classic decor for the region and an excellent covered but open sided roof terrace restaurant and bar for breakfast and other meals should you want them. Free cocktails during happy hour was also a plus. The location meant there was a mix of bars and restaurants and we tried a range from very touristy to excellent cuisine to local BBQ and Beers
Cons: The beds were very firm, which some like but not me, but slept well enough. Also, the small bathroom was a wet room and it did become slippy on the tiled floor.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The front desk staff was wonderful - cheerful and super helpful. I arrived in Mandalay at 5 am, so I really appreciated the free shower they let me have before my formal check-in later in the day. I loved the room decor as well, and the location was great. I loved my one night there!
Cons: The tap in the bathroom sink splashed water all over the place, and the shower is not separate from the toilet or sink...so everything got wet once the shower was turned on.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Decor. Next to Samsung service.
Cons: Limited bedroom lighting. Limited breakfast. NO swimming pool.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Very noisy street
Cons: noise of the street
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything. No complaints. Excellent location within walking distance to the Royal Palace. Smooth check in and out. Very friendly staff. Spacious rooms with all amenities one would expect. Very good choices for breakfast served on a lovely rooftop patio. An entertaining marionette show in the evenings, free snacks and happy hour.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: Wonderful pool, friendly and attentive staff that speaks good English, excellent food (breakfast / dinner). Thanks for a fantastic honeymoon!
Cons: I agree with other former guests: A little renovation couldn't hurt. The rooms lack sockets for charging electronic devices.
5.4 Okay
Pros: Clean room Nice and helpful staff Breakfast
Cons: Very small bathroom Swimming pool not very clean ( I couldn’t see my feet) Old fashioned room Firewood smell in the corridor Too expensive for the quality
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Efficient check in and courteous staff
Cons: There was some noise from the local temples and a rock concert ... double glazing?
4.6 Okay
Pros: Polite staff
Cons: Not convenient to sites. Rooms very small. Bathroom not better than a midmarket 3 star. Limited choice of breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive and friendly staff, they were always helpful. Excellent pool and gym facilities. Good standard of food available in the restaurant. Situated a few minutes walk from the beautiful Mandalay Hills and Mandalay Palace.
Cons: Hotel is situated about an hours walk from the city, you can get taxis and tuk tuks easily but the costs soon mount up.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: We were warmly welcomed in the grand lobby with excellent service. The staff at all levels were very forthcoming and friendly. Our room overlooked the hill and was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served every morning was very tasty. The manager helped us arranging with a driver and car as well with sight seeing arrangements. The massage booked and received was very relaxing. Overall, you will get very good value for your money here.
Cons: We found the room service a bit limited, especially since we travelled with a 4 year old. It would have been nice to have a kid's play area outside as there is plenty of space. If you are in to TV, then the quality of reception, TV size and programmes could be improved. We didn't watch TV, so it didn't bother us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Amazing Pool! Excellent Location!! The Best!
Cons: Exceeded expectations
7.0 Good
Pros: Breakfasts were excellent, as were other meals. The gardens and pool area are great.
Cons: The rooms need an urgent facelift - the establishment is getting on.

Pros: If you like - big traffic intersection, honking, motorbike noise - wake up prayer from the very next mosque at 5am - extra small room - nothing around - being on the very wrong side of palace entry, 1 hour walk, 10 min motorbike This is a must booking for you! The breakfast was good, considering the price, very good. A/c works well. Enough water pressure also at top 4th floor. Staff is excellent, very helpful, with good English. There is an excellent hair salon “47.v” right next block - definitely try their service!
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Staff very kind.Service and more.
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everyone raves about the staff and for good reason! They are so attentive, so kind, so helpful figuring out what to do & how to do it in Mandalay. The room was comfortable though a bit loud (we were in 401 right in the road) and the breakfast was delicious!!!!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Employees!!!! Too good, very hospitable!
Cons: Bathrooms are little smaller
8.0 Excellent
Pros: All stuffs were very kindly.Breakfast was delicious.

Pros: Super friendly staff, free bicycle use, big buffet breakfast, juice and watermelon on arrival, lift up to fourth floor, very clean room, super comfy bed and pillows, two free water everyday, mini-fridge in room. We really loved it here.
Cons: A fresh coat of paint would make the rooms perfect! Thanks you for a great stay :)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Good location, nice and comfortable rooms, very clean.
Cons: Staff are very kind but maybe much interested in selling their products, for example bus ticket price was significantly higher than obtaining it directly in the bus station. No many options around the hotel for eating.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff, service, location
Cons: Noisy at night and at 5 AM when religious ceremony starts.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Good mattress, clean, in room fridge, breakfast included is good and the dishes are changing every day. The staff is efficient, helpful and friendly ! Oh and very central !

Cons: Breakfast
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very attentive and friendly personnel, excellent breakfast (buffet with lots of choices, western and local) with a nice view. Room was comfy with the typical wet Asian bathroom.
7.0 Good
Pros: This is a good hotel for a short stay in Mandalay. It is in the centre of the city, and the room we stayed in (superior double) was a decent size with a comfortable bed. A nice breakfast was also provided. The staff were friendly and helpful, and some could speak both English and Mandarin.
Cons: The only two things I would flag are that 1) the shower was not always as hot as I would like; and 2) the room only had one UK style plug socket, so you might need an adaptor.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Nice clean hotel, good view. Good breakfast.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: We moved hear after issues with prior place. Much better location but the reality is that in Mandalay - with temperature, poor to non-existent footpaths you need transport (grab) everywhere. Staff were super friendly and helpful.
Cons: Not really open space thy guests can use outside of your room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, quiet and helpful staff.
Cons: Little hot water in evening.

7.1 Good
Pros: good hotel, we didn´t start very well, cause some people of the staff were not very kind. but, they get better and did the posible our staying was confortable and give us finally a lot of facilities. so, welldone for them.
Cons: some people of the staff.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: -breakfast -staff is very useful and friendly -spacious room
Cons: -bathroom a bit old
7.5 Good
Pros: Two excellent restaurants were in easy walking distance serving a good range of dishes including plenty of choice for a vegetarian. The reception staff arranged transport as requested (a half day tour and airport transfer) and provided accurate directions to a money exchange. A short distance from the river jetty where ferry from Bagan drops you and close to some of the main Mandalay sites.
Cons: Beds were a bit uncomfortable. The bathroom ventilation consisted of a louvered frosted glass window straight into the bedroom and there were drainage noises when other customers were using their facilities. Hot food at breakfast was cold despite us arriving soon after they started serving.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location, food are around. Staffs are nice and trustful. My friend phone fell out of her bag on the sofa and the bell man returned it. Appreciate it. Nice breakfast on rooftop. Beds are comfortable.
Cons: Ver bad wifi. Furnitures are so old. My friends report airconditioner, light and fan on-off without their controlling (?). There is only one fixed shower in bathroom, very inconvenient.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Cozy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, nice rooftop. The bus arrived very early in the morning on my last day in Mandalay, around 4 am, which I didn't expect, so I didn't book any hotel neither have internet. Based on my previous good experience with this hotel, I came here in the middle of the night and ask the staff if possible to stay one night. They were very empathic and helpful.
7.9 Good
Pros: The location is very good, central to visit most places. Very clean and comfortable, value for money.

8.3 Excellent
Pros: Staff is very kind and very happy to assist. Breakfast has variaty of food. Bed is very comfortable.
Cons: The area at night is not that nice to walk in. The corridors were too hot during the day time.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: The well described - a bit tiny - room was comfortable, with a very clean bathroom. Exceptional kind and helpful reception staff, also in organizing our last moment car and excursion requests (at increased prices, but still within a reasonable range). The breakfast buffet was rich and good. We enjoyed our stay.
Cons: Room pavements in wood or stone would be preferable and more hygienic (instead of moquette, but this is obviously subjective ;)
8.8 Excellent
Pros: good customer service
Cons: far from the airport 45min ride
8.8 Excellent
Pros: hotel is fresh and nice and clean .. needs a better breakfast and a better restaurant bar Otherwise very good

9.6 Excellent
Pros: I thought all the facilities were great. The place was clean and modern and in a good location.
Cons: The staff genuinely tried their best but didn't speak English. Otherwise couldn't fault this place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The staff were very friendly and willing to help, room and bathroom were clean. One out of the two rooms we got was very spacious as well. Mandalay is a very big city so it’s difficult to judge the location, we were in the city centre more or less but had to take a grab up and down.
Cons: Breakfast could improve drastically...
The Home Hotel - Mandalay - Building
8
8.4 Excellent (276 reviews)
Overview Reviews
A stay at The Home Hotel places you in the heart of Mandalay, within a 5-minute drive of Yadanarpon Diamond Plaza and Zegyo Market. Featured amenities include a business center, limo/town car service, and complimentary newspapers in the lobby. For a surcharge, guests may use a roundtrip airport shuttle (available on request) and a cruise ship terminal shuttle.
7.5 Good
Pros: The staff are friendly and very helpful. They go out they’re way to help you even though they have limited English. The rooms are clean and very spacious. The bed is massive, mattress is firm but it’s ok. Good size bathroom and great shower. There is a choice of continental and cooked breakfasts. The cooked breakfast is not hot by the time you have it. You can asked for fried egg or however you want it cooked.
Cons: There is only one thing that I didn’t like about the hotel, is the Chinese guests who are very inconsiderate to other guests. They think they own the place. They yell and scream at each other especially when you are trying to sleep at 9:30 at night! Perhaps the management can teach them a bit of respect to other guests.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is new therefore the facilities in the room are new too. It is also clean. The internet is fast.
Cons: When I paid for the room, the cashier staff had asked me to change to a new dollar note which I found nonsense because it is also a US dollar note that has been used; not old, not tear of, and etc. She just said she wanted a new version of the dollar note.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was big, spacious and clean. Good value for money. Staffs are friendly and helpful.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was huge, well decorated and spotless. The bathroom was beautiful, well lit and had a huge bathtub!! The breakfasts were excellent and the staff was amazing...really a great hotel. Thank you!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staffs were friendly and accommodating. Room was big, clean and spacious. Value for money.
Cons: Arranged to have breakfast packed as we were leaving early in the morning but what was given to us was a miserable, hard piece of bread with marmalade and 2 hard boiled eggs with a banana. Could have been better
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Friendly, efficient staff at reception, cool, large and clean lobby, good sized, very pleasant corner room and quiet even though it faced the street on one side, nice big bathroom, comfortable bed, helpful staff in organising taxi to airport. Breakfast was okay but the restaurant, on the 10th floor, had incredible views of much of the city,
Cons: Some work is still being done to this recently opened hotel - the business centre was not yet up and running (I did not need it) and there was some construction work going on near the breakfast area - not intrusive but a bit unsightly - this will no doubt be finished soon. There is no bar and the restaurant is, at this stage, only open for breakfast. No fitness centre or pool. Could not pay in advance and they only accept US$ as very fresh notes - no nicks or blemishes allowed.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location. Breakfast. Staff's hospitality at restaurant.
Cons: I have requested for early check-in and late check-out. But they changed it.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very good hotel, good facilities and the rooms are large and clean. The breakfast is good and the staff is very friendly. I recommend the tours of the hotel!

7.5 Good
Pros: Staffs are friendly like people in Mandalay. We feel 100% secured.Swimming Pool,Garden are excellent .Room was looked after by staff very well.
Cons: I was told the boat trip in the evening was canceled .But I came there in lunch time after visiting the flower market .It was still running. If I knew ,I would come in the evening for sunset boat trip. Cons: Pity there is no outside space
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, rooms were nice and staff very helpful.
Cons: A bathtub would have been nice.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Modern and up to date. Very clean with nice big rooms.
Cons: There is a lot of street noise that filters in. This is located in a-neighborhood that doesn’t ‘sleep. It might bother some people but it was not a problem to me. If you are sensitive to street noise, bring some ear plugs.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The checkin was rapid and efficient. Staff were invariably helpful and friendly. Rooms were well equipped and comfortable.
Cons: The air conditioning fan could not be reduced and was relatively noisy. The spaghetti sauce was too sweet.
7.1 Good
Pros: The room is good, clean and quite spacious.
Cons: Air conditioner is located directly opposite the bed. And goes directly to you. It is so loud like you are in a plant workshop. It is absolutely impossible to sleep when the AC is switched on. Unfortunately there is no net on the window however that was the only way to sleep is to open the window. The lobby and restaurant where the breakfast is served is quite dark and gloom. Complimentary 15 min massage is very non professional.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: We stay two days in Mandalay. We only want a hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing. We could not choose better. Big and clean room. Comfortable bed. Amazing hotel workers always available for everything. Good breakfast ( for the type of hotel) Good location
Cons: Nothing
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff are great and very helpful, the daily change to the local breakfast means you can try various Bermenese dishes.
Cons: Hotel is starting to look very worn since 2 yrs ago. Bedroom carpts are stained, look very dirty and walls are in desperate need of a fresh coat of paint.
6.2 Good
Pros: The rooms were clean & modern
Cons: Electricity would continuously cut out, back up generators didn't work & room would heat up very quickly

10.0 Excellent
Pros: First thing what we seen when we came to hotel was that they wrote my name on a board that they are waiting for us :) We are travelling a lot and it was nice to see this! :) Second thing is that we are on our honeymoon at the moment and they made our room super nice :))) I always have many questions and they helped me to answer all of it! I mean... Guys, thank you for very good first impression of Myanmar! It is very important :) By the way, food was good as well! Thank you for everything and for everyone - just stay here, you will be in a good hands :)
Cons: Everything was good!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Staff was very helpful and kind. The staff booked bus tickets for us. We asked the best restaurant near the hotel and told us a wonderful restaurant. We love it. Thank you very much. We would like to stay there again. Highly recommend.
7.1 Good
Pros: Mandalay it’s so big but the hotel has all the necessary services near only walking max. 5 min: motorbike rental, supermarket, atm, good places to eat and take a beer, travel agencies, etc. The manager it’s kind, helps you with what you ask and has a good english. Breakfast with ‘european option’(toasts, butter, jam), Fruit(super fresh), and local food, all very good.
Cons: Based in other country hotels: bagan, inle and kalaw, when we arrived in Mandalay we see that the cost(higher),maintenance levels(lower) and cleaning(lower) are not the same than in other places. So we get a room that are not like we can imagine in the photos of the hotel. We complained in the reception and the manager accepted to upgrade room for free and this new one its (more or less) what we expected. We really think that the building maintenance/clean needs a huge improvement.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: It is a really nice hotel with incredible staff, I probably didn’t meet such a nice staff in Myanmar yet. Hotel is clean, room was big. Breakfast was good - rice, soup, noodles, fruit, eggs etc. So everyone could choose something. The location is ok, it is not that far to the city center. Just the wifi was sometimes weak in the room. Other than that it was really nice stay.
6.3 Good
Pros: Staff were helpful.. location was good
Cons: The hallways were dark and the bathroom not so appealing..

Pros: We were very satisfied with the hotel and all the facilities. It is not only a secret place, but it is also very comfy and starting point for all the tours in and close to Mandalay. We can highly recommend the hotel Shwe Pyi Thar.
6.5 Good
Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpfull. The location and area is nice.
Cons: This time I stayed 2 days in a room on the fourth floor. I had problems with the shower..., the first day no warm water..., the second day the water was so hot you could not use the shower. On the fourth floor you also hear the (water) pump kicking in and out all the time. The Wifi internet is lousy in the room. All in all the hotel is good value for money, but time I will not stay on the fourth floor.

Cons: The area is not so nice to walk around not easy to find a taxy nearby.
7.1 Good
Pros: Very good restaurant
Cons: Area outside hotel grounds dark and dirty
4.0 Okay
Pros: Spacious room
Cons: Expensive food price considering the living expense of town and poor quality control for food. My sister got served an uncooked chicken. Need some improvement.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent, very polite and friendly - they upgraded us on our last night to a wonderful room. Views over the river and sunset each day were fantastic. Yes its location is opposite the river where there is a shanty town may put some people off but this is Myanmar - warts and all. Not many restaurants nearby to walk to but you can catch a taxi or Tuk-Tuk easily to take you anywhere. The quality of the meals at their rooftop restaurant were good and big serving sizes. Pool was wonderful to cool down in the afternoon after days exploring. Rooms clean and very good size.
Cons: Not any other restaurants nearby - some days after exploring did not want to catch another tuk-tuk to go out for dinner so you felt a bit trapped in having to eat at their rooftop but the meals were tasty but a bit more expensive by Myanmar standards but not by western prices.
7.0 Good
Pros: amazing service! Super helpful at the front desk, the roof top patio had a gorgeous view and they had complimentary drinks at sunset. Can’t say more great things about the staff!
Cons: A bit out dated in terms of bathrooms and hotel rooms but still clean and comfortable!
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The staff and rooftop bar and restaurant
Cons: A little dated
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The hotel was a wonderful respite after a day trekking the temple sites. The staff were very attentive and helpful in arranging transportation.

Cons: - Poor wifi in the room
5.0 Okay
Pros: The location was close to the Palace and restaurants, and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was relatively quiet and the decor was traditional. We only stayed one night.
Cons: My main complaint--and the reason for the lower scores--was that the rooms were very musty/mildewy smelling. I traveled with a group of 7 and all of our rooms had the same issue.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great unlimited breakfast, very friendly staff and good bikes...free!
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were very friendly and helpful. Reasonably priced and a convenient location.
6.7 Good
Pros: Our room was on the 4th floor. It was very small but OK. The towels and bed sheets were clean.
Cons: The smell in the room was awful. It comes from the restaurant near the hotel. The air conditioner was so noisy! I’ve never seen something like that. We discovered the noise only at night before sleeping so it was too late to complain and change the room. The bathroom is too small, the shower behind the door and when you start it, everything around gets wet including the sink and the mirror. The noise coming from the roof was unbearable... Probably some cats playing. You hear everything that other guests do.
3.3 Mediocre
Pros: Not much to mention
Cons: Exchange Rate overcharged by the rate of MMK 1600 = USD 1 when we pay them in MMK while marketl exchange rate is only 1519 at that time. I felt like being exploited. Breakfast food in trays went short and had to wait for long time to take some more. I want to send you cash receipt for proof if I can. Compared to Shwe Ingyinn Hotel, their exchange rate change is really dishonest and exploiting.
5.8 Okay
Cons: Good place but not value for money

9.0 Excellent
Pros: Fresh and daily changing breakfast buffet. Well maintained bicycles. And most of all: the amazing staff! Cheerful and helpful at all times. Thank you all!
Cons: The noisy TV during breakfast. And the bed was too soft for my comfort.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great staff..Mr Lynn was very helpful . Also the buffet breakfast lasted long...and of course the free bikes to explore Mandalay. Nice rooftop terrace to socialise.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: Ok normally, i dont complain too much about hotel. As long as i can sleep, not too much error, that would have been fine. But i spent 2 days in this hotel, from day 1, this hotel had an error because i book single bed and they put me in the bunk bed dormitory. I complain and they said the single bed was full booked. Because the hotel’s error so i put in the upgrade, but still because i book 2 days, the next day i should move in the new room. More hassle because i bring luggage and a bag. They should hv known if costumer book for 2 days with a lot of bag, moving around is kind of waste time. And in the second day, i move to a new room, the key door is rusty and old, and when i am trying to put a key in the door, the key was broke. And when i am check out, they told me to pay for a BROKEN RUSTY KEY!!! there is no chance i am gonna do that. So i demand to speak to the manager, and read this: THE MANAGER IS TOO BUSY to talk to the customer!!! What kind of service is that? Dont get ke start with the room. It was ild and dirty. Dont look the same with the picture. And the noise. Really the worst experience in my traveling day
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is okay. Staff was friendly.
Cons: Room is good for what you pay. I little dirty and had to ask for clean sheets after i arrived. Do not let them do your laundry unless you do not mind them marking each piece of clothing with marker on each tag.
7.9 Good
Pros: Staff were lovely and accommodating. The breakfast was good and the location was acceptable. Free coffee and water in the room every day.
Cons: Our original room smelled of smoke but the staff intervened and found us a new room. The bathrooms weren't the cleanest but we're acceptable for the price. The rooms had pigeons nesting outside and so were noisy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The staff was friendly and helpful. It was fairly quiet during the night and the beds were comfortable.
Cons: The Building seems a bit run down and especially the bathroom could use a makeover.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location was good, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was good
1.0 Poor
Pros: The staff was very kind
Cons: The breakfast was poor, there was pigeons that squaked all night on the window frames. Shower was non existent. There was extra loud music from across the road 8am-5pm. They charge you double for airport pick up. Personally I would give this hotel a miss.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The staff were so friendly, free bicycles to use and a huge buffet breakfast. Location is excellent also!

Pros: Very clean room & bathroom. Friendly staff.
Cons: Pool area was not clean. Boring breakfast, same dishes every morning, quality could have been better + long waiting Time. Expansive bar & laundry. 8.8 Excellent
Pros: The pool
Cons: Not good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Very welcoming, clean and comfortable
5.4 Okay
Pros: It’s really a relic crumbling at many places. My room overlooked a disgusting roof and reception not willing to change nor forthcoming with tourist information.
4.6 Okay
Pros: Good location, pool is ok.
Cons: The hotel does not have charm, no spirit. The breakfast is always the same. To much cleaning product in the water of the pool. Quite expensive for drinks in the bar. The elevator starts from the 1st floor and stops in between the floors... you always have to take stairs. They made a fuzz about getting a second key, they make you even sign a document, guarantee of 5 USD for a key card. Ridiculous!

Cons: Check if your room have window with a view or a wall just behind the window We had some issues with a door lock but the staff resolved it.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: Affordable hotel with very helpful staff and nice rooms. Good WiFi, help with city touring, clean, comfortably furnished room. There were 2 restaurants on the same block that were quite good
Cons: Breakfast

Pros: The hotel is really fantastic, with excellent serviceminded and friendly staff. We had both breakfast and dinner at the hotel and both were super good. The swimming pool area is amazing, clean and well maintained. Rooms are spacey and still cozy, and all in all we had a super nice stay.
Cons: I can´t really think of anything I didn´t like :-)
7.5 Good
Pros: Staffs are friendly like people in Mandalay.
The tours introduced by the staff with the driver was excellent. But we would do more trips if not cost more than 50 USD. My wife is European, she likes cereal and quality of bread for breakfast. She is easy eater but others may not very happy about.

Pros: Excellent swimming pool
Cons: Sandwiches at lunch were not good.

8.4 Excellent (276 reviews)
