Sixt staff was difficult and unhelpful at pickup. Sixt in person staff and online staff both are extremely difficult to deal with and refuse to respect their stated cancellation policy.Reviewed 22 Sep 2022

I had to cancel but the cancelation process did not work smoothly. There was no link to cancel and nobody picked up at the number provided by Kayak. A cancellation by email did not work either. In the end I had to search through Google for a page to cancel.Reviewed 10 Aug 2022

When I picked up the car, the lady at the desk told us that there was no SUV available (category that I booked) and that she was giving us a BMW break, claiming that it was the same category (which is NOT; I booked an SUV not a “large car”). After insisting and showing her that we werent going to settle for a break, she miraculously found an Audi SUV available. How convenient.Reviewed 27 May 2022

The Sixt office was closed and told by Hilton next door office had been closed for over a year. Then call Sixt and was told office should be open but clearly it was not. Lady on phone said she would call back in 30 minutes. Never received a call. Since we had to be at a wedding an hour outside of Brusels we had to take a taxi there and back for a cost of ovet $300. When I arrived at the Sixt location the office was closed. I went into the Hilton hotel and was told that office had been closed for over a year. I then called the sixt company and spoke to a woman who said the office should be open but clearly it was not. She said she would call me back in about 30 minutes. I never got a call back. Since I had to be at a wedding an hour out of Brussels I had to take a taxi there and back for a cost of over $300.
