Pros:Unpleasant experience trumps all the rest.Cons:Neurotic, obsessive, compulsive scanning of car and detailing scratches not readily seen. Some legitimate damage from prior rental but a lot clearly normal wear and tear. Thankfully I did not cause any additional damage so no charges for that. Most pathetic corporate policy I have ever seen anywhere in the world. So If I had sustained a hairline scratch greater than 5 cm that was new they would have charged me....Reviewed 22 Jul 2018
