Pros: I absolutely adored this hotel and have been recommending it to all my friends! This hotel is about attention to detail, which I loved! It starts by the atmosphere and friendly staff. Then the little things like offering you complementary snacks, every few hours when you are in the swimming pool: ice tea, peanuts, fresh fruit, sorbet, etc. A little snack is delivered to your room in the evening together with the weather forecast and a traditional tale (story). Everything is so clean and organised! The breakfast is gorgeous and the food in the restaurant amazing! The fish amok is a delicacy, the best coconut based curry I ever had! You are also provided with credit vouchers at the check in for use in the restaurant and spa. This means you can get lunch, dinner and a massage for free or at less than half price if you are a couple. Let me tell you that the prices are very reasonable. The hotel will nicely pack breakfast for you if you decide to watch the sun rise at the temples. The staff is so helpful and will go the extra mile to provide you a wonderful stay. They ask about your plans, if they can help with anything, etc. When you return to the hotel in the evening, they remember you, your plans and asked about your day. I requested a (complementary) bike in the first morning to cycle to the Angkor Temples. The staff looked at each other, smiled, asked if I was sure. The bikes that were available needed a bit of TLC and therefore I was asked to have breakfast and comeback in 30 min. A bike was suddenly in a suitable condition to be used! I found the hard way that only crazy people cycle to the temples... it was soooooo hot... I was melting by the time I got to the ticket centre (located on the town). Obvs, did not give up and continued to the temples but sweared to myself I would not do it the next day! My congratulations to the owner for the concept & deco, and to the hotel managers (and staff) for running this hotel to perfection!

Pros: Excellent hotel near to the centre of Siem Reap. Close to Hard Rock Cafe, market stalls, ATM and nearby supermarket if you ever need it. Staff were incredible, always smiling and friendly. Pool was nice and very relaxing especially after coming from a day tour in Angkor Wat. Free massage treatment was another wonderful service that the hotel provided. Golden Temple also provided free transport from and to the airport, that was the icing on the cake. If I ever go again to Siem Reap I would stay at the Golden Temple without any hesitation.

Pros: I stayed here for 4 nights and let me stay it was probably the best hotel I stayed in in Cambodia. Staff were extremely professional, helpful and courtous, always looking after us. By far the best value for money. Breakfast is very good and plenty of continental and Asian options. The hotel offered to prepare a packed breakfast for our early visit to the Angkor Temples, which proved to very useful. Tried the spa and had a good massage in a clean and cosy environment. The pool area is also very comfortable and once again, with the staff really looking well after us. Location is excellent as you can walk 5min to the Art & Crafts night market and 10min to Pub Street. Also plenty of restaurants within a 2min walk of the hotel. The room itself was spacious with a large balcony, viewing on the pool. Clean and plenty of storage space. As for the bathroom, spotless. Very nice and clean shower along with the all the amenities you could expect. Highly recommend it if you plan to stay couple nights in Siem Reap!

Pros: Everything! the service is top-notch! the staff are the best, they are very warm and helpful. they also have activities for children. the hotel grounds is big that there are plenty of things to do espcially with children.

Pros: Staff and service - warm, friendly, and consistent, guests were treated as royalty. Facilities - elegant, beautiful, and wonderfully maintained. Value - more expensive than out on the street, but worth every penny extra because of the atmosphere in the hotel Atmosphere - beyond words. Felt like a luxury hotel everywhere we went.

Pros: the balcony, pool and spa were fantastic and it was really spacious and well kept. The valets and cleaners kept me well hydrated which is essential in Cambodia. They took care of all your requests to the letter.

The staff could not have been more accommodating. Our guest relations “Mom/Phillipe” was amazing and very helpful. The Hotel is perfectly situated in the old square and a short Tuk-Tuk ride to the ruins of Angkor. The hotel offers tours in their vintage Citroëns, if you have the time I would recommend the experience. This is not the hotel if you seek all the modern frivolites, but if you can appreciate the vintage aesthetic and the elegance of the colonial era, this is where you belong. Pros: Excellent hotel with great service! The room was nice and clean, with all the amenities you expect from a 5-star hotel, as was the entire hotel. They pick you up at the airport and take you to the hotel in a comfortable car. We usually stay in well-known hotels such as Hyatt, Sofitel, etc. and were quite reluctant to book in some unknown hotel but were appealed by the highly attractive rates. No regrets! The entire staff are nice and friendly, especially Sophea at the reception, who did all she could to cater to our needs, up to the very last minute of our stay! The spa also is worth mentioning with amazing massage and treatments at very reasonable price. We do recommend this hotel!

Pros: From the moment John greeted me at reception, I was made to feel welcome and taken care of. They brought a drink and a delicacy right away as I waited in the lobby for my check in procedure. They arranged a driver for the day, they arranged a massage, they suggested dinner spots. Breakfast buffet included. They spoke perfect English. The copious lush wood in the lobby together with tasteful decoration was on par with any western 5 star hotel. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. The value for money is unparalleled. Great spot for couples or family. Just go.

Pros: Staff were exceptional. They knew what you wanted before you knew what you wanted. They were so attentive and did whatever they could to make the experience as pleasant as possible. A little example was that we were sitting in the restaurant and we decided to move table but hadn’t told the staff. However they were so attentive that even before I had the chance to ask, they had switched the ceiling fan from our previous position off and put the fan on in our new position. It’s a small thing but it showed how in tune the staff are with their guests. The reception staff were very friendly and they helped us organize any tours of Angkor Wat that we wanted to. Rooms were exceptionally clean and fittings were great quality. Shower was fantastic and the bed was very comfortable.

Pros: What most impressed us was the staff: very young but extremely professional, personal and fun: the ever smiling Mr. Kim and everybody else of the staff! A special mention for Mia and Jacy who are doing a fantastic job at problem solving. Simply impressive! The hotel is modern, beautiful and nicely furnished, breakfast is very good and they are serving great coffee. Great quality/ price!!!

Pros: We were at Grand Elysee hotel from 6-9th November. We liked everything there, starting from the staff, every person that works there was very polite and they really worried that we have nice time! We had transport from and to the airport, whitch was very convenient. The room was really large, the shower was incredible! Bed was very big and comfortable. We stayed in the room next to the pool, it was perfect! When the doors are closed, you can not hear anything from the pool. Breakfast was really good, a lot of options for everyone. Very nice place to stay!

Pros: The family room was very spacious and so was the balcony. All the hotel was super clean. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. The pool was beautiful. The breakfast was varied and great. I can't fault the hotel. It was great value.

Pros: Great place to stay. Warm welcome on arrival with a drink whilst booking in. Overall a peaceful, nice ambience with central swimming pool. Food is very good. Bar staff know how to make yummy cocktails. Rooms are spacious and WiFi good. Under 10 minutes by tuktuk to renown Pub Street entertainment in the city centre. Hotel has it own designated transport (TukTuk and Van) so reliable services and no hassling re costs. Reception staff can assist with attraction bookings and in some cases charge to the room account. Will be back.

Pros: The staff goes the extra mile with their hospitality. From the tuk tuk tour of Ankgor to the front desk reception every time we returned, the spa treatments to the dining experience, everyone was happy and greeted us with a smile. It is easy to see people enjoy working here. If you want to spend your money on quality service and tranquility, in a place that invests back into its employees, this is the hotel for you.

Pros: Everything! Great service received from Kim and jessi. They are very helpful and make sure can fullfill your needs. They even allow us to late check out on our last day so we could return to take shower before leaving. Wish I can stay longer here.
