Pros (+) The rooms are good for keeping noise out. I spent most of my time sleeping during the day and it stayed quiet. The staff were extraordinary at helping my every request.
Cons (-) I wish there were microwaves available in every room type.

Cons (-) Poor housekeeping: The closet door was off its track, and the toilet tank has an internal leak so you can hear water running all the time. I stayed there 4 days and the problems were never fixed, so it appeared that the hotel considered that tp be normal. Even though they had a Keurig coffee machine in the room, on several days, they didn't leave cups or sugar/cream, just the machine and a few cof...

Pros (+) Next to the airport. Had a Keurig in the room with a couple decent cups of coffee.
Cons (-) Room air conditioner and elevator next door were loud. Food in restaurant was overpriced and not very good. Parking was a big hassle. Shower had very low pressure.
