Do not book- especially through KAYAK. We chose this hotel because of the location and it was supposed to have a free shuttle to the airport. This hotel does not offer shuttle service after 7:30 AM. We did not learn this until we reached the hotel. (I had contacted Wyndham ahead of time to confirm shuttle service). We had to get a taxi for our morning flight. I attempted to contact Wyndham to complain about this. However they will not help, since it was booked through a third-party. I believe I should be reimbursed for part of our stay, since advertised services were not provided.
Pros:Proximity to the airport was great.
Cons:The last night of our stay we got in late and our keys would not work. We got new ones from the desk and that fixed it. I took a shower and discovered no bath towels. Also almost no toilet paper. The coffee maker filter holder still had coffee grounds, so I guess they didn’t replace it. I guess kind of minor stuff, but annoying.
Pros:The price.
Cons:Complimentary breakfast and workinf light.
Pros:Very clean and excellent customer service.
Cons:Couldn't adjust heater since it is set to 70 then 68 at night. It was too cold at night and had to sleep with sweaters on.

Cons:The outside of the buildings were outdated.
Pros:The staff was pleasant and very helpful. The food selection is excellent and tasty.
Cons:The volume on the big screen tv was excessive for a small crowd. We had to raise our voices to converse and stil only heard every other word, Turn it down. The $100 charge required for incidentals is ridiculous. Then it takes 3-4 days to reverse the charge when not used. I will first consider that charge when booking in this area next time. Not good!
Cons:We have stayed at Wyndham Waikiki before. Nothing compared to that. We were only there to crash but it was an upgraded motel. Thin walls, housekeeping knocking on doors in am. Only savior = bed was comfy
Cons:The sign in the lobby promoting free coffee until 11:00am was misleading. The urn wasn't refilled after 9:30 am. I was directed to the resturant and their server wasn't pleased that I asked for coffee 2 days in a row. The front desk personnel appeared indifferent to fulfilling a reasonable request by one of their customers.
Cons:Both the pool and spa were closed.
