I was very disappointed! I expect a certain level of cleanliness & professionalism when I stay at a Hyatt. There were pubic hairs on a bath towel, hair on another towel when we opened it up. There were only three bath towels, not four nor were there full towel compliments, ie bath, hand and wash cloths for four. The shower curtain was old, stiff and moldy.
