10.0 Excellent
Pros: We were delighted to stay in this small boutique hotel. It was on a totally quiet street, and yet only a few minutes away from the boisterous (and fun) bars and restaurants near the Puente Nuevo. Our room was in fact a sitting room plus a separate bedroom, overlooking a pretty interior courtyard. Seldom do you find such incredible attention to every detail. The owner, Marivi, is a London-trained chef, so we quickly booked dinner one night. She asked us what we wanted to eat, so that she could go out and buy the ingredients! Leading up to the delicious dinner, we sat in the courtyard having a glass of wine of the Ronda region, in front of a real log fire which Marivi lit specially for us. Breakfast was another success, with creative touches perfectly served. She gave us a recommendation for a tapas bar frequented mostly by locals which turned out to be one of the highlights of our time in Ronda.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Our host was very friendly and helpful when asked for recommendations / what to do in the town. Our room was huge, very comfortable and clean. The location is good, it's a 10 min walk to anywhere in town although it's a steep walk up.
Cons: Having to leave our keys at the entrance was a bit strange but it turned out to be ok.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: What a beautiful place in the country!! I had been given this recommendation by a friend and I am so glad we were able to stay here. The facility is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. I loved being able to have the window open at night and was serenaded by an owl during the night. Elisenda and Magdalena were wonderful hosts, very informative for things to do in the area. The cave was awesome!! We enjoyed a dinner on the property cooked by Elisenda's husband (never had the opportunity to meet him), which was delicious. We definitely will be back.
Cons: That we didn't have the opportunity to stay longer.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Peace & quiet but only 10 minutes drive from Ronda. Great buffet breakfast & delicious evening meal. Very friendly and helpful staff. After spending a lot of time in big cities this hotel was a welcome retreat. Would definitely stay there again.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything - we received a very warm welcome from Eli on arrival and she provided lots of information about the area. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable and offers everything that you could need for a relaxing break, it really is home from home. Pablo's cooking provided us with two excellent evening meals, and the gated courtyard offered secure parking for our motorbike. We will definitely return when we next visit Grazalema.
Cons: Nothing

Pros: stunning location, within easy access of the mountains. Great host, food, facilities and would definitely recommend highly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Eli and Pablo have created a lovely getaway not far from Ronda. Very peaceful with an excellent dining room and a large inviting swimming pool. Our room was very comfortable and quiet. Eli was very helpful in pointing us toward the Cueva de Pilates, the site of cave paintings from 4,000 to 40,000 years ago. First experience of this sort for both of us, and it was breathtaking. Top marks to Cortijo Las Piletas; we'll be back.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Peaceful and comfortable countryside inn with access to the lovely Andalusian towns and natural areas. Our host Elly was most helpful providing us with recommendations and directions. Great break from city site seeing!

10.0 Excellent
Pros: This hotel exceeded our expectations. Given the peacefulness of the hotel it is hard to believe you are only minutes from the bridge- a very popular tourist spot. A quiet square ....our room was fab.....everything you could hope for and more ..... even an indoor jacuzzi bath. We felt totally spoilt. And last but not least was the very warm and helpful interaction with all the staff who could not do enough for us.
Cons: Nothing.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very pleasant friendly owner, nice homely atmosphere, central but not on the main tourist route, comfortable room and good bathroom; agreeable though unspectacular view.
Cons: Down a rather steep street - probably not good for anyone with mobility problems. I personally like to be able to get breakfast where I stay - although the coffee, biscuits and fruit were very nice and much appreciated.

Cons: We had to cut short our stay from 6 to just 3 nights. We were able to advise the hotel on day 2 and had hoped that they might charge for only 1 of the cancelled nights. The breakfast was super tasty (the best croissants I’ve ever had). The hotel staff was super prompt, helpful and kind! Couldn’t be more satisfied with our stay.
Cons: Well, the wifi was a little unstable, but who needs a wifi in a place like anyway? It’s the place to go to switch off from outside world and enjoy life.

Pros: The staff was very welcoming, the rooms are very comfortable the ambiance off an old well maintain old home with modern comfort
Cons: Very noisy during the day when we just felt like relaxing in our room
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Everthing about this hotel is perfect if you want to experience a tyoical Spanish palacial home. The decor and durniture were first class, and the private cinema was a real surprise. A very tastefull and beautifully maintained hotel.
Cons: Nothing at all, but the parking is a 5 minute walk away, but to be expected if staying in a town built long before cars were ever thought of.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Classy and comfortable hotel. I had an administrative issue with a breakfast booking and I was impressed by the manner in which it was dealt with by the Reception Leader - patiently and efficiently.
Cons: Shower for people over 170cm was difficult.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The location and hotel was exceptional
8.0 Excellent
Pros: the hotel is in an a stunning old mansion and until early 2019 was the Hotel San Gabriel (then still owned and managed by the family) but has since been acquired by Soho Boutique hotels. TBH it appears only the name has changed. It is furnished in old spanish grandee style with beautiful vintage photos and paintings and the best thing is a tiny cinema where you can watch old films. Very atmospheric.
Cons: Trying to find it not easy as all local signage refers to the Hotel San Gabriel so we really struggled to find it. The staff were sometimes average and sometimes fantastic. I understand from talking to them that, having been acquired by SB group after decades of being a family business that SB have left them slightly adrift and it does show.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Fabulous hotel steeped in history. Quiet location in old city. Outstanding attention to detail. Will definitely return .
Cons: Weather ! Late November storm, however the upside was the streets were quiet. Stunning city - 1 day not enough
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Made to order breakfast and movie room.
Cons: No parking on site. Had to park off site and walk in rain.

6.3 Good
Pros: Swimming pool and the view are great. Breakfast is generous and overall it’s a calm place.
Cons: Cleanliness was okay but communal areas could be looked after a bit more in my opinion. The road to get there is bumpy and you can get wrong with the navigator, so make sure you follow the instructions given by the owners.

Featured amenities include a business center, complimentary newspapers in the lobby, and dry cleaning/laundry services. Self parking (subject to charges) is available onsite.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Ronda and property were stunning. Now we understand why Hemingway, Welles, and Rilke kept coming back.
4.0 Okay
Pros: Clean and modern room, but not as spacious as we thought especially for the price. Certain staff members especially at the bar were very attentive.
Cons: It was WAY to expensive for what you got and location wise. Got the Spa daily use package and that was not what we thought. You could only use the facility for 1 hour a day and had to reserve in advance. The staff at the Spa were very rude and not accomodating at all. You also had to use a swimming cap that they provide. Never been to a hotel that requires a swimming cap to use the facilities so we thought that was odd. The price of the room was way to expensive for what you got. I would not recommend staying at the resort for more then a couple of days. Wish we would have researched the property a bit more. Make sure you read the find print.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location truly beautiful and very quiet. Views amazing. Wellness centre well worth a visit and value for money. We will be back.
Cons: Cleaning Lady visited our room late in the evening as we were taking a nap.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff, we were very early but because our room was ready we were allowed to check in. We had a great stay and will definitely recommend the hotel.

Pros: Location I want to thank Maria who take care the breakfast, she is very kind. Although the breakfast was very poor.
Cons: Bad internet Poor breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Situated very centraly overlooking the bridge and gorge, this beautiful old noblemans house is full of charm. The staff are very welcoming and helpful. Car parking is a problem in Ronda, but the hotel can provide parking and they park your car for you on arrival and bring it back when you ask. The rooms are well furnished, comfortable beds, nice and warm, with aircon for the summer. The hotel is also very quiet, you dont hear any noise from the communal areas or other rooms. Good sized bathroom with bath and shower. Views over the valley are spectacular. The restaurant was very good, and carry a good wine list with both local and national wines. The owner is a charming man who speaks good English and is very helpful. Only living around 2 hours from Ronda, we will certainly return to this hotel.
Cons: Nothing, everything was perfect.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: A beautiful, old hotel right on the edge of the gorge. This place was incredible with views to die for. Thoroughly recommend an afternoon drink at the restaurant overlooking the gorge. Hotel was in a fantastic position, so close to the main street with lots of restaurants and within easy walking distance of all the places of interest.
Cons: Sometimes hear the toilets and showers from floors above, but definitely would stay here again
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is decorated like in the 1800. Our room had old furniture and looked very cozy. It had its own balcony which was a plus. The wooden floors made it welcome. The staff was eager to help at all times. Very close to the center and had a view of the bridge from the dinning room.
Cons: Everything was fine.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms with views of the valley and bridge are well worth reserving, despite a bit of noise from the restaurant bellow. All spaces were clean and comfortable and the staff were absolutely lovey and helpful. The location is pretty much ideal for walking the old part of Ronda and if you traveled there by car, definitely pay the extra 15 euro for reserved parking, it’ll make your life much easier.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location

Pros: Location was perfect, on a nice street, city centre. Just a few minutes walks to the sights worth seeing in Ronda. Breakfast was very goos, freshly squeezed fruit juice was a nice addition. Personnel very friendly.
Cons: parking was a few blocks away and had to pay for it additionally, although this is was mentioned in the description so not a surprise.

Great breakfast, comfortable bed and large, clean bathroom. Close to restaurants and very friendly staff to answer any questions.

Cons: Nothing
7.5 Good
Pros: Location is great and room very comfortable, clean and modern.
Cons: Extremely noisy room (and my only request was a quite room). There is a small bar in the ground floor of the hotel that stays open until late - even after it is closed you can hear the cleaning noises. Also, the walls and doors are not that thick, so you can hear many noises late night and early morning. The blinders were also not enough, so the room was very clear during the first hours of the morning. Parking is also misleading here - in the confirmation email they say that there are public parking nearby. Once you get there (and once you have already parked your car in one of the many Parkings) you are informed in the reception that there is one specific parking with discounted rates for hotel guests... not very pleasant of course.

Pros: Friendly staff wanting us to be comfortable. Very clean room and even with the cold, rainy weather, our room and bed were warm and cozy.
Cons: From initial room we could hear a lot of street noise; however, we asked for a quieter room and Ivan was very accommodating. He showed us three others to pick from and subsequently moved us.

Pros: The bed was comfy and the location was great.
Cons: The lighting in the rooms could have been better and the extractor fan in the bathroom needs to be looked at. It was so noisy.
