Great location in a quiet part of the old town. Very close to the bridge. Charming hotel with loads of character. Bedroom was spacious and comfortable with good facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Hotel doesn't have own car park but they have an efficient system in place with a nearby car park.
The breakfast room is very small. We booked a time slot for breakfast, but when we arrived the tables were all taken and we were asked to wait. There was a long queue of others also waiting so we decided to go out for breakfast instead. There were plenty of cafes serving breakfast nearby so it wasn't a problem.
Excellent location for walking to the shops, bars and attractions. The hotel had a lovely, old world charm with some beautiful original features. Breakfast was an excellent buffet with something for everyone. The staff were also extremely helpful.
Although we apprecite that parking on site in an historic hotel is impossible and that a short walk to a near public car park would be necessary getting out the next day proved very difficult. It took an hour along with a trip to the town hall to speak to a local official. The pass the hotel gave us didn't work and we had to take a ticket to get into the car park. Obviously we paid the hotel a reduced parking rate and they also wrote us a note explaining our predicament to the car park attendant. However, no staff on site hence our visit to the town hall. Bit frustrating so clearly an issue with the passes that the hotel provide.
Typical Spanish house with charm.
Our host, Isabel was so warm and welcoming. What a wonderful person!
The location and super friendly staff. The design was interesting as well.
I saw a few long hairs left in the bathtub.
