Excellent 8.0
Pros: the room was very good and they provided bedding for the dog. staff were very good and the garage is conveniently located adjacent to the hotel. conveniently located for access to major roads.
Cons: local area traffic is a nightmare but that is common in Grenada. the buffet was not great but acceptable
Excellent 10.0
Pros: We stayed room only, lovely big room. The reception staff were amazing, even left my daughter a small gift as she was practicing her Spanish. Would highly recommend this hotel.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: Very Friendly and helpful staff both on reception and in the dining room. Even the car park guy was helpful - I got a top up charge for my electric car for free. Location is an easy find from the motorway and a reasonable walk into the historic area. Getting the hop on hop off tourist train at the nearest stop to the hotel made visiting all the sites easy
Poor 1.0
Pros: Location
Cons: We are a family with 3 years old girl. When we came, we were offered to upgrade to family room. We did so and paid additional sum of many. This was a mistake. Every night other guests were smoking in their rooms and cigarette smoke came through vents into our rooms. A few times fire alarm went off during the night but nobody cared about that. When we spoke to personel, they did nothing. We were totally disappointed. Worst hotel we have stayed!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Very good facilities, breakfast was very good and varied.
Cons: Nothing of note.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Polite and helpfull staff. Exellent beds. Room with balcony on the top floor. Dog (1 small) was in a great way paid attention.
Good 6.0
Pros: Looked after by good staff who cared about guests.
Cons: Its location and traffic niose even on the 5th floor.
Good 6.0
Pros: Breakfast was extensive if perhaps lacking in 5* quality, which I could expect of a 4* to be fair. The room was of a good size and was well decorated and clean. It had a pool, although not terribly enticing to get in to, it helped with the 40+ degree heat. The curtains allowed for total sun exposure black-out, great for siestas in July!
Cons: The pool area was severeley lacking an upgrade to bring it in line with the other good hotel facilities.
Good 6.0
Pros: The hotel provided free Internet. The hotel was only a couple of blocks from a stop on the City Tour bus. The hotel provided secure parking.
Cons: The air conditioning system in the hotel was substandard, and I found the breakfast buffet mediocre.
Good 6.6
Cons: The Bathroom requires some work especially the bath area.It had mould and the shower mixer was very hard to operate.
Good 7.6
Pros: Good welcome from attentive receptionist, who from the outset used and remembered my name, even the following morning when checking out. Very clean hotel. Excellent variety and quality of breakfast. Parking at reasonable rate under the hotel. Easy to find hotel, entrance well signposted.
Mediocre 2.8
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: The hotel was shabby smelly and by no means a 4 star
Good 6.8
Pros: Easy to find, and to park the car. Right next to Corte Inglés and Hipercor for shopping.
Cons: It's 15 minutes walk from Granada centre, but that's no great hardship, unless it's raining.
Good 6.0
Pros: Located well for access to motorway which helped in a large city roadnetwork. Very impressive foyer and facilities- good choice at breakfast and room service. Helpful Staff on reception - particularly David.
Cons: A taxi ride away from the Centre - but this is the price you pay for easy access from Motorway!
Good 6.8
Pros: Location excellent, staff very obliging and always willing to assist. Restaurant buffet style with plenty of choice and ability to satisfy all tastes.Excellent value for money.
Cons: $review.cons
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The reception area is lovely and very inviting which gives a lovely first impression.
Cons: One thing, the breakfast finishes too abrubtly. On the dot of 10 o'clock you feel like you have to finish up very quickly as all the tables around you are being cleared and the remaining food has all been taken away. Bascially I feel you could leave a 10 minute gap before the mad rush of cleaning up starts.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Perfect
Excellent 8.0
Cons: Spare pillows please
Excellent 10.0
Pros: A modern, quirky, boutique hotel next to the bus station. Free coffee/tea/chocolate machines in reception area 24/7 hence none in bedrooms. Very comfortable beds in good size room and a beautiful modern marble tiled bathroom. We did not eat in the hotel but the breakfasts look good. Buses stop outside hotel for the short ride into the town centre. The receptionists were very helpful telling us the best places to visit in this beautiful city. We would definitely stay again.
Cons: There is nothing we did not like.
Good 7.0
Pros: Staff professional and caring. Location good.
Cons: No ability to heat or cool the room even thought air con in the room. We were uncomfortably warm.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: Location next to bus station
Cons: Noise at night in room
Good 7.3
Pros: Confort and simplicity. Excelent value for money
Cons: A bit far from Tourism area but next to Bus station so you can there in 10'
Okay 5.7
Pros: Excellent choice if Using Bus station but a bit far out of Town.San Franciso Restaurant down the road very good.
Good 7.3
Pros: The rooms was nice, clean and spacious and the bathroom has a modern design. You can easily find free parking in the streets around the hotel and the area seems to be ok.
Good 6.3
Pros: The hotel staff was extremely helpful, knowing which bus to take to the center of the city and what change to make for the Al Hambra. The room was spacious and comfortable (at least for Spain with its hard beds). There was free tea evenings in the lobby restaurant, where we could indulge in free wi-fi.
Cons: The downside is the location. It is in a residential neighborhood, about 20 minutes by bus to the center city. Still, there are city buses stopping across the street. If a hotel has free wi-fi in the lobby, they could provide it in the rooms.
Good 7.6
Pros: Good size room with all necessary facilities. Excellent bathroom. Well placed for our visit to Granada.
Cons: No, although one of the receptionists must have been new as she told us, incorrectly, that Mastercard was unacceptable, though, to be fair she may have been confused dealing with a non-Spanish speaker.
Good 7.6
Pros: Near bus terminal, easy to go downtown
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: Location & modern clean facilties, Good car parking
Cons: No english speaking T V
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ease of access to motorway and good garage facility. Those without a car are just next to bus station!
Cons: No but it could be better with a swimming pool on site!
Good 7.6
Pros: Staff were helpful. Room was very comfortable.
Cons: Personally I don't like having to pay extra fees for parking, I'd rather have it included in the room price.
Good 6.8
Pros: rooms were nice and modern and clean
Cons: Displayed as a turkish bath which was in fact just a sauna

Excellent 8.8
Pros: A little away from the centre but an easy flat 20 min walk.
Cons: Coffee and tea making facilities in the room would have been nice.
Excellent 9.0
Cons: no kettle for so we can make a drink
Okay 4.0
Pros: Too many bus turists
Cons: Too many bus turists
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very good hotel in a great location. Easy access to the city centre with buses and metro just outside. We will definitely return. GEOFF Spain.
Cons: Nothing all good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Great food in the lovely bar
Good 7.3
Pros: Very good situation, Easy to find.
Cons: Nothing to complain about
Okay 5.0
Pros: Convenient to all Granada Hot spots, clean and tidy room with powerful hot shower.
Cons: The Staff on reception were very rude. We had forgetton our passports as we live already in Spain and they were very very unhelpful. They just shook tier heads at us saying No, No, No. Luckily we managed to get our passports and they gave us the key to our room. On check out, they messed up the bill, with no apologies and no 'thank you for staying with us' etc. I was really offended because we had kind of splashed out on a more expensive hotel (expensive for us) and as a special treat to my boyfriend but in return I was embarrassed and wished I had chosen somewhere else.
Okay 4.7
Pros: The rooms were modern and beds very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Liked the location being slightly outside the main town area. Current building work is not the fault of the hotel and did not affect our stay and was not noisy
Cons: Apart from breakfast there were no obvious food and drink facilties - this would have enhanced our stay. Our TV didn't work and could not be remedied during the stay. Reception staff were helpful but not overly forthcoming. For being a Junior Suite the room had no view !
Good 7.3
Pros: the hotel is in the middle of the city and easy to get to the motor way if you wish to go some where else
Cons: i think the hotel should have told us about the road works as trying to get to the hotel and the parking area was terrible
Okay 4.7
Pros: Clean hotel rooms. Didn't use any other facilities and didn't know anything about them!
Cons: The man at reception was very rude, unhelpful, uninformative, and basically made us feel very unwelcome!!
Good 7.2
Pros: The hotel is in the City Center, and its just great. Furthermore, when you compare prices, it is extremely inexpensive and its a 4-star (true) hotel. Not huge, not extremely small... but just right.
Cons: The parking lot was full...
Okay 5.6
Pros: we have used this hotel several times as it is convenient for sightseeing and pleasant atmosphere.
Cons: the room carpet was a little dirty, end of season wear and tear no doubt.
Good 7.2
Pros: The location and the room was very comfortable
Cons: there was no tea making facilities or shower caps in the room
Good 6.8
Pros: Staff at reception were extremely helpful
Cons: Lunch for a vegetarian was not good
Okay 4.4
Pros: Hotel chosen purely on location, to visit my daughter who is a student in Granada. Reception staff where efficient and helpful and I liked being able to leave my luggage in a secure location after check out.
Cons: The room had no view whatsoever, and was not particularly clean (corners had not been cleaned for many weeks in my opinion.) Towels were ragged and although some toiletries where left in the bathroom there was no body lotion nor shower cap. We were only there two nights, so not a real problem, but I would not have liked to stay for any longer, nor if I was on business and needed sleep. It was extremely noisy, and we were disturbed quite significantly by the noise of chairs being dragged about (function room?) doors slamming and the sound of water from other bathrooms.

Good 6.8
Pros: Good location within walking distance of most major attractions.
Cons: The air conditioning in the rooms only works from May - sometime in the fall. So even though it was 30 degrees C outside in April, the rooms couldn't be cooled off without opening the windows. However the street noise makes it difficult to sleep with the windows open. Hotel mgmt said there was nothing they could do about this. We were told "it's winter....". I just find it strange that the lobby was air conditioned & cool, but the rooms couldn't be. Also if you're bringing a car please note the parking garage is a very tight fit.
Good 6.3
Pros: Friendly and helpfull personal, Nice and quite rooms,
Okay 4.7
Pros: It was colocated with Hetz car rentals so we could return our hir car to the hotel rather than spend hours trying to find the drop off poiint - although i9t did take us 2 and a half hours to get to our hotel from when we arrived in Granada following the instructions on the booking.com website which were incorrect!!!
Cons: Location was not central as advertised by the Hotel
Okay 5.7
Pros: Within walking distance of railway station. Free wifi in lobby. Not expensive.
Cons: Long walk from the attractions of Granada
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Courteous reception staff, clean room and comfortable bed.
Cons: There is not anything I dislike about the hotel
Good 6.0
Pros: The location is near to the centre
Cons: There is no fitness, swimming pool
Okay 5.6
Pros: Staff were very nice and helpful. Hotel has a nice feel, very clean and quite. Good location as well
Cons: Parking was 14Euros per night but didn't tell me until i paid the bill. I would have asked for a deal as i was staying for 5 nights.
Good 7.2
Pros: It was very easy to get to from the motorway and had (essential) car parking - though at a cost. It was some distance to The Alhambra but this was balanced by the quality of the hotel and the situation. It also had a very good cafeteria for drinks, breakfast and snacks.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: V friendly staff and rooms comfortable and v clean.
Cons: the restaurant seemed overpriced and did not cater much for kids to eat, only alternative was a cafeteria and smoking was permitted which made it unpleasant. Bathrooms are looking a bit dated and not in the greatest of shape.
Good 6.0
Pros: Friendly staff, good facilities and very efficient. Excellent restaurant - try the ensalada tropicana.
Cons: The underground garage is a nightmare - difficult to find, nowhere to stop, narrow chicane into the depths of the earth.

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Professional and friendly staff
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The situation .We took the Uber which was about 13 euros to Alhambra and then we took the shuttle bus into town from Alhambra at 1.40 each and the Uber back to the hotel which was 8 euros The hotel would have organised taxis at a similar price . There are buses from outside the hotel but the taxis were so reasonable it didnt seem worth the bother. There are a couple of restaurants within 100 yards - a cheapie and a decent one - we tried them both and they were adequate for a nearby meal after having either driven up or been out all day. The staff at both the restaurants and hotel were friendly and helpful so for a cheap stop over it is hard to beat .
Cons: Nothing it was similar to an Ibis or Travel lodge and was just the thing we needed for visiting Granada .
Good 7.0
Pros: The hotel is value for money. It's a good option for those travelling with a car due to free parking in front of the hotel. Rooms are a bit small with strange arrangement of toilet and shower.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good breakfast for low price. good money values
Cons: Wasn't hair dryer in the room although at booking.com it was listed

Good 7.0
Cons: Just ok to stay one or 2 nightz
Mediocre 3.0
Cons: Extremely noisy, building work on floor above early in the morning. Note on car telling us to move it although we were staying there, receptionist just laughed.
Excellent 9.0
Pros: It is close to the airport and quiet and very easy to catch the first flight from Granada to Madrid.
Good 7.0

Excellent 8.0
Pros: Clean and comfortable modern hotel. Close to airport.
Good 6.7
Pros: Very convenient for easy access by car or taxi into Granada or the airport.
Cons: Location on a major road with NO pedestrian footpaths. Impossible to walk anywhere. Breakfast poor.
Good 7.5
Pros: Rooms were basic hotel rooms, clean and relatively up to date Check in was easy Price was cheap We didn’t take advantage but there is room service and food available most hours, which is great for the price point of the hotel We stayed overnight before an early flight it and it was fine for that
Cons: Was a bit tricky pulling out of driveway to a busy street
Good 7.0
Pros: Easy check in and check out. Good for a stopover. Clean and comfortable.
Cons: Wifi access could have been a little easier and wasn't very strong. The shower went hot cold. Breakfast and food limited and the town is a bit of a walk on the highway.
Good 7.3
Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful and the cafeteria was excellent and convenient. Loved having a bath in the bathroom. Lovely hotel.
Good 6.0
Pros: Close to airport. And fairly easy access to city by bus if you don't want to drive or park in the city of Granada.
Good 7.0
Pros: Location was great. Staff very helpful and very close , 15 min, to Alhambra.
Okay 5.7
Pros: Close to airport. Our flight arrived late so it was very useful to park overnight before going on to Granada.
Good 6.0
Pros: It was very handy for the airport for an early flight from Granada. Also on good roads to connect to Malaga and elsewhere in Spain very quickly. The hotel is also incredibly good value - 40 euros a night, when I was there.
Cons: You must have a car or book a taxi. There is no public transport nearby. Also the TV stations are all Spanish. there are no international channels at all.
Good 6.4
Pros: Access to cafe and dining area.

Pros: Good value for money. Good family room for a couple with one child

Excellent 10.0
Pros: Great location, nearby everything. Train station at walking distance. Rates very reasonable.
Cons: The staff was very professional and friendly. Always trying to help to make our stay very comfortable. Alfonso at the front desk was very kind, knowledgeable and helpful. Same comment for all the other staff members: you guys were fabulous!
Okay 5.0
Pros: The staff were extremely helpful. The location was exactly right.
Cons: The place is very tired and old. The mattresses are very very hard and the bed covers are woollen blankets!! There were no bath towels only hand towels. Inside the wardrobe is a chest of drawers which can't be opened because of the door frame. Not a fourstar hotel . Needs a complete refurbishment.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Ubicacion y amplitud
Cons: Old fashion style
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Clean, friendly, excellent location for visiting the hospital
Cons: Nothing
Okay 4.7
Pros: A little noise for us.
Good 6.0
Pros: Staff service was very good and all functions carried out efficiently and with pleasure.
Cons: The Dining Room was not open when I stayed and the only food available was from a cafeteria which allowed smoking. This presented me with a personal problem. The choice of room service meals was poor for a four star hotel.
Good 6.6
Pros: The staff on the reception desk were friendly and forthcoming with information. Very handy to the train station. The location was a bit away from the main areas but the walk to get to them was nice. Breakfast was good.
Cons: The WiFi did not reach my room so I had to the reception area to check email etc. The smoke in the restaurant.
Good 7.6

Good 6.6
Pros: Good sized room. Good Location.
Okay 5.6

Excellent 10.0
Pros: The bar snacks were very good
Cons: The breakfast eggs bacon etc were cold
Good 6.7
Pros: The staff are friendly & accommodating. Great WiFi. Check in & check out were both fast & efficient. The whole hotel, from public spaces to bedroom, were sparkling clean. The food in the Cafeteria was reasonably priced & tasty.
Cons: Hair dryer didn't work & no plug in the bath - I booked this hotel specifically because it had a bath. But staying for one night, heading up to my room at 1am these were not things I wanted to 'deal with' at that time so didn't complain. The TV is always on in the Cafeteria - music would be better.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Location was very nice. Hotel rooms are also nice.
Cons: Plates in Breakfast hall was not clean. Internet quality was not so good. I had to change my room to get better internet service.
Good 7.0
Pros: Good size room.
Cons: The travel cot we were provided was old and tattered and not very clean. The sheets could have been cleaner.
Good 7.1
Pros: Eveything was closed !!!!!! The kids zobe , the pool ....we went home early .
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. But the Kitchen was not functioning due to renovations so I-m sure when all is up and running again, it will be better. The garden area by the cafe is lovely and the pool looked nice, but too cold yet for me.
Cons: As I said, the food. Also we were in the other building, Room 113. It is a little dated, the decor etc. Could not get the A/C to work so the room was quite warm on arrival.
Okay 5.4
Pros: Ok location just 10 minutes from downtown by car. The receptionists were very helpful.
Cons: For a 4 starred hotel the quality is low. Breakfast one of these buffets with a lot but all of cheap quality, cold eggs, pudding yoghurts, powder juice and milk and a bad humoured supervisor. For 6 Euros a piece it should be better or increase the price a little.
Good 6.3
Pros: Nicely priced, but slightly out of the city (it is not a big problem with regular bus service). The staff was helpful and the room was good. Swimming pool didn't operate (October).
Good 7.7
Pros: Very good value for money hotel : charming establishement worth its 3 stars ; staff really friendly ; perfect place to stay if you come to Granada with your car (safe and free parking ; regular direct buses to city center and Alhambra ; located close to the highway)
Cons: Internet was not working in the rooms these days, but I guess this was exceptionnal ; receptionnist in charge in the morning forgot the wake up calls (which is quite serious when you know you have to begin to queue at 7:00am at la Alhambra to get a chance to have an entry ticket !)
Good 6.3
Pros: Hotel is often used for wedding receptions and the fountains were turned on. Looked nice. Bad: the fountains were turned off when the wedding was over.
Cons: Wifi was not working and staff did not acknowledge and fix until we left. Power goes off when the room is left. Can't charge up batteries for camera, toothbrush, etc. while out of room.
Okay 4.3
Pros: Pool and terrace were very nice
Cons: The rooms were cramped with bunks jammed in next to twin beds, and its location in a semi-industrial zone detracts from the overall experience and means having a car is essential
Good 6.0
Pros: Nice hotel staff, nice pool, nice room, nice eating area, nice location (with a car)
Excellent 8.0
Pros: excellent rate and easy accessibility to the city via bus
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.4
Pros: The hotel is close to the bus station nr. 4.
Cons: $review.cons
Good 6.0
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: very untasty breakfast
Good 6.0
Pros: the pool was great, big double bed
Cons: $review.cons
Okay 4.0
Pros: New building big rooms and the price is quite fair compared to the more expensive hotels in downtown.
Cons: It was not straightforward to us to access the hotel. Dinner was not available on the spot. We could easily hear another guest snoring next door.

Pros: The location - right opposite the Hospital de las Nieves where we were going in the morning (the train station is close and trams and buses stop close by to get into the centre, for example). Set back from the main road making it quieter. Secure parking at a competitive price. Good water pressure in the bathroom. Firm mattress. Nice warm room. La Cueva bar/restaurant on the corner 2 minutes away. Enjoyed drinks and delicious tapas in the evening. Very nice cafe round the other corner of the block for breakfast in the morning, other bars opposite the hotel that looked nice. Excellent wifi in the room.
Cons: The double bed was a bit short for my husband, he had to lay diagonally. Good thing I'm short! But saying that we both had a really good nights sleep. We would have preferred two pillows. A blanket would also have been nice but the bedcover did keep us warm.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: Nothing
Cons: Very disappointed: 1. The pictures were not representative of the reality.... 2. There were even no Soap! 3. There was lot of noise: we were even eff n hearing people discussing in there room 4. The towels were torn and very old 5. Very old blankets with a weird smell 6. Very small (we were even not sure it was for 2 persons) I really do not recommend!
Okay 5.0
Pros: Clean receptionist very pleasant
Cons: Extremely noisy - no lift to 1st floor - very very flat pillow. Towel threadbare so too was sheet.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Convenient for General Hospital, comfortable bed and brilliant shower
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very clean and tidy and it's location close to the hospital.
Cons: Nothing.
Okay 4.6
Pros: Only location of the hotel.
Cons: Cleanliness, bed condition.
Okay 4.4
Pros: Proximity to the gay bars we wanted to visit, and the Alhambra.
Cons: The daytime receptionist was not welcoming or particularly friendly, however the night receptionist (from The Dominian Republic) was extremely friendly and helpful.
Good 6.0
Cons: twin beds - wanted a double
Okay 5.6
Pros: Nice quiet hotel, friendly staff. Parking place next to the hotel was convenient
Cons: Only the location: although on the main street, a bit far from the main points of interest - 15-20 mins to Albaicin/Cathedral, 30+ mins to Alhambra...
Good 6.0
Pros: it was quiet and well located
Cons: there was no tv remote control

Excellent 10.0
Cons: Great stay. Friendly people. Good location. Comfortable inside.
Good 7.9
Pros: Within 15' walk from the city center. Also near the exit of the city towards Sierra Nevada or other destinations, which means that you don't have to mess with driving in the narrow streets of the old city. Very helpful and pleasant Staff. Large, comfortable room.
Cons: You could hear people talking louldly in the next room or in the corridor outside. Also, there was no rubbish bin in the room and no toilet brush in the bathroom. In addition, there is no elevator, although not necessarily a big issue, since there is only one floor. However, if you have to carry a lot of luggage, it might be a problem. Finally, access to the garage is through a very narrow spiral staircase, not at all convenient when carrying a big suitcase.
Good 7.1
Pros: The hotel was older than I had expected from the pictures, but it has all the essentials and it's clean. Fair value for price over all. The staffs were willing to help although not 100% communicable in English, but it's not an exception among the 4 hotels I've stayed in Andalucia :)
Mediocre 2.9
Cons: Nothing
Mediocre 3.8
Pros: Location is walking distance to city centre
Cons: Broken shower, noisy hair dyer which switches on automatically, fridge was leaking water, nothing was fixed even after complaints.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: The staff were incredibly helpful and the hotel was located within walking distance to city centre and all key attractions.
Good 7.0
Pros: easy to find, spotlessly clean, comfortable. it has a very secure closed car park at no additional cost. Alhambra is 7-9 Euros with taxi. (by bus you need to change at city center and they are not very frequent each bus costs 1.2 Euros per person)
Cons: breakfast is overpriced. it is said to be buffet but looked to me a simple continental so we did not take it.
Good 6.3
Pros: Friendliness of the staff and cleanliness.
Good 7.7
Pros: Hotel was close to everything, shopping was within three minutes walk and park. Great tapa bars in the area. Glad we booked parking under hotel as roads were very busy. Will use this Hotel again.
Okay 5.7
Pros: nica small clean and cheap hotel
Cons: 1. WiFi is not covered in rooms and had to sit downstairs 2. Breakfast is really minimal 3. Evening reception not speaking a word in English.
Okay 4.6
Pros: quite close to central Granada
Cons: forgot there was no lift, but admit it was on the advert
Okay 5.6
Pros: position and staff
Cons: there's not elevator
Mediocre 3.2
Pros: It is close to the main visiting and shopping areas of Malaga as well as the beach and river side and bus stop
Cons: The pillows badly need replaced and i mean the pillows and not the pillow-covers. the sewerage stinks badly with a funky smell in the room. there is no bath tub and the shower area is not covered so when you take a shower, the whole bathroom/toilet is wet. We had enjoyed a great hotel with the same price before and were disappointed when entering the room in Ana Maria
Good 7.2
Pros: Good value (for central Granada) hotel which is in a reasonably convenient location. The room provided all I needed, I.E. somewhere clean to sleep and wash etc.
Cons: Traffic, but partly because I didn't know my way around Granada by car and also because a lot of roadworks were underway (in May 2009). The hotel doesn't look that inviting from the outside but the room was fine, so, at the price offered, it was an ideal choice.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable, clean friendly and convenient. On our first night a Flamenco trip was organised for us which we enjoyed very much. The staff were friendly and efficient.

Pros: Cheap
Cons: Clean and very friendly. Seems to be a stop-over place for truck drivers. They don't mind shouting in the corridors at 0700.
Good 7.5
Pros: Clean and value of money
Cons: Bathroom
Okay 5.8
Pros: Very poor service however it has a friendly staff who and quite place and easy to find a parking space.
Cons: It was too far from centre there is no any soap, shampoo or body wash and asked the reception he said you need to buy so if you really interested take stuff with you because it's look like a empty room with beds. .
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very welcoming and friendly staff excellent service and very good value for money
Cons: Nothing everything was very good
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Parking in front of the hotel was ok; tram station to the city 10 min on foot
Cons: The smell of desinfection in the bathroom
Okay 5.0
Pros: Will attrack more people if hotel detail how to get there. Bus 22 costs 1.2 euro, but nobody in town knows it. Not the people in train or bus stations. Costumers paid 16 euro to get there.

Pros: The chocolate croissant were heaven. The views were superb. the rooms were clean. The receptionist was very pleasant, however, the waitress at breakfast was more interested in talking to her friends and the chairs we were given in the dining room were broken. We were sad that the views in the dining room were obscured by net curtains!!! The hotel was hard to find in the dark.
Cons: There was no one to meet us in reception on our arrival. It was late and we were very tired. We tried calling but ended up finding someone in the bar/dining room. There were no lifts for our bags or help. There was no offer of hot drinks and no facilities for hot drinks. The rooms were cold and we could not seem to get the heating to work. The windows in the room did not close properly or lock.
Excellent 8.0
Pros: Very comfortable and very clean,Would visit again

Cons: Furniture, shower are old fashion. Need to be renewed. WiFi is little bit slow.

Mediocre 2.5
Cons: staff were not friendly and the water in the pool dirty
Okay 5.8
Pros: Staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful! Nice swimming pool. Very quiet. Hardly anyone used it.
Cons: Website photos very misleading, the rooms are very run down and need updating. Hair on the floor in bedroom and bathroom. Found a cockroach on my bed sheets. It's ok for one night stay only. Thin walls. Could hear people flashing toilet and TV next door.
Good 6.3
Pros: Free car parking and free WiFi
Cons: No meals available in the evening or bar
Good 6.0
Pros: choice of the room on the backyard
Cons: breakfast low level
Good 7.0
Pros: Just North of the city of Granada. Most parts of the Hotel are non-smoking including the restaurant. Great for Spain where it is hard to get away from smoke. They booked us a reasonable guided tour of the Alhambra that was wonderful. The Hotel is about 400 meters north of exit 18, right off the freeway. Do not go where the Book it map says. You will never find it.
Good 6.3
Pros: Cafetaria was open at arrival, good and quick served diner. Free WiFi access on our room.
Good 6.3
Pros: Free WIFI and parking, very small but clean rooms, breakfast simple but OK, 10-15 minutes from city centre by car

Okay 4.4
Pros: convienience for Granada airport
Cons: We requested a smoking room, but were given a non-smoking one, without any explanation or apology. Some staff unco-operative/unhelpful.
Okay 5.2
Pros: Excellent location with access to Granada center via highway in front of hotel.
Cons: In the first instance a very small room as assigned to me. After consulting the hotel map, relized that it was the smallest room in the hotel. Just after two reclamations and a promise of not staying at the hotel, another room (this time a normal room; similar to the one that appears on the photos), was assigned. Unfortunatly at the recepcion they tried to lie to me saying that the hotel was full when it was not.
Mediocre 3.6
Pros: $review.pros
Cons: they saked me to leave by 8:00 am
Good 6.0
Pros: I was ill, and we were able to extend our stay with no problem.
Cons: It was a bit far away from the nearest village, and a wee bit basic.
