The most amazing view
Sent email about parking but no answer received.
All we wanted was a clean room with a bathroom and a view and it was perfect. The location overlooking the gorge was amazing with an impressive restaurant terrace though we didn’t eat there. The lady who checked us in was very friendly and helpful.
The best location next to the bridge, spacious room with a terrace, modern room & bathroom, helpful staff.
We liked it all
The breakfast offering was very poor. Only l choice of cereal. Totally disorganised in dining room. No milk, no jam, had run out of everything and nothing was refreshed. This was at 9.00 a.m
Guest lounge needed decorating. Seating was in disrepair.
The location is great. The staff at the reception are wonderful. Very helpful. The young woman who greeted us was warm and helpful with us getting their last parking space available, and the young man who checked us out was very accommodating in allowing us to leave our car there for an extra hour. The room we stayed in, 211, has brand-new beds, nice linens, and a small balcony, that, although without a view, still was nice to sit out on in the evening. Next time we'd opt for a room with a view!
The breakfast was forgettable. There was only one cereal - cheap corn flakes and no natural yogurt, only kids' sugary yogurt. There was the usual bread, cheese, meat (which I don't eat), but there was fresh fruit. The young man who was making coffee at the espresso machine was exceedingly nice. Kudos to him for his service.
