Pros (+) The location was great, easy access to everything. Rooms were clean, service was tip notch. We got upgraded during our extended stay and were very pleased! We didn't get the chance to use the hot tubs or the pool, but they also looked great. The pool was huge.

Cons (-) They advertise low rates and then throw on what ended up being a 20% Destination Fee. That is false advertising. Go with other hotels in Rapid as they are at least honest in their advertised rates.

Cons (-) Key card didn't work. Batteries in TV remote were dead. Only Decaf Coffee in the in room coffee maker.
