Guests consistently praised the hotel's convenient location, clean rooms, and enjoyable pool area, especially for families. Many found the beds comfortable and the rooms spacious. However, several reviews mentioned negative experiences with staff, noise issues, and occasional cleanliness or maintenance concerns in some areas. The hotel was very stuffy. Felt like no air was circulating and it didn’t smell very good.

Pros (+) My kids loved the swimming area. Beds were comfy.
Cons (-) Room cleaning service was horrible. Never came to clean our room and we were there two nights. Never had fresh towels had to go get them ourselves. Room stunk.
