Excellent 9.6
Pros: Staff was terrific. Exceedingly helpful, made our extended stay that much better!
Cons: We liked everything. Exceptional. I wish we were told sooner that there was a water bottle refilling station in the lobby, we were trying to avoid single-use plastics as much as possible.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Fantastic property in great location!
Cons: Nothing. Everything was great.
Good 7.0
Pros: All personnel is very keen to please, very helpful and prompt. The room was quiet, as requested - guess as it was on a lower floor and most guests seemed to be higher up. The omelette was nice and quickly done, fruit was fresh. Towels were clean.
Cons: Cleanliness must improve: more detailed! The bed sheets were "clean" and ironed - but stained and ripped. Hairs of all kinds, everywhere, literally. It is such a disappointment to see a nicely designed little hotel, failing on the quality of cleaning! Corridor carpets as well... The bread could be better for Phnom Penh. The room had a very strong artificial smell when entered it - had to change rooms. Not sure it was an insect repellent or "fragrance" but it burned the eyes, even after putting aircon on full. They kindly showed me another and could flee.
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The location is good. There are restaurants and coffee shops around the hotel. Additionally, there are beauty salons near the hotel. I don't like breakfast. There are many kinds of food but I don't like the taste except noodles (Soup is good.).
Cons: A receptionist, I talked to her and she did not understand me (Maybe my English is not good.). She yelled at her colleague when he offered her a help.
Excellent 8.3
Pros: Staff were really helpful and so friendly, location is really perfect for going around the Russia Market, full of nice restaurants nearby. In room service of massage was awesome.
Cons: Bathroom don’t have any where to hang the clothes.
Good 7.5
Pros: It is an unique in the city and kind of hidden because of the long walkway. The breakfast is pretty decent.
Cons: Not a fan of dirty swimming pool, rather not to have. Unable to find a gym facility for a simple workout.
Good 7.9
Pros: The location is fabulous, as are the staff and facilities.
Cons: I think my room had some painting/varnishing done recently and it still seemed to linger which wasn't pleasant although the candle/oil helped.
Good 7.1
Pros: I like the room and location, price slightly high compare to near by hotel I was stay. Room cleaning staff is really good, very good work on cleaning. restaurant service is good but food (breakfast) just okay
Cons: Front office staff, we are two guests but we allow only one key card. breakfast just okay nothing great
Okay 4.5
Pros: Staff tried, for the most part, but I shouldn't have relied on reviews found on TripAdvisor so much!
Cons: All staff could not understand English, there were no facewashers or soap or conditioner in the room, the kettle in our room had an Australian plug on it and couldn't be used. Room service brought the wrong thing, and no appropriate cutlery. The cocktails on the menu didn't remotely resemble what they should have. No towels by the pool. Staff did not respect the Do Not Disturb sign on our door. There were hundreds of pebbles on the floor that were meant to be decorative, however couldn't be avoided when walking to the bathroom, so constantly stood on them hurting our feet.

Pros: breakfast very good!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Staff was great. Expect delays though. Lots of traffic and power outages occur often in Cambodia. But if I would have to be stuck anywhere in Cambodia...it would be there.
Cons: Traffic and problem with credit card machines. It led to delaying my departure.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The room we were given on our second stay was even better than the first. When we arrived we were shown to our room and the luggage was brought up for us. The young woman who showed us to the room, explained how everything worked and ensured we knew how to work the air-con, the TV, the Wi Fi and also, how to contact the front desk in case any issue arose. The bed was so large and so comfortable - I slept better there than I do at home! The breakfast room was large and inviting. On arrival, a young woman showed us to a table and organised drinks. There was a good selection of cereals as well as the usual hot and cold dishes. I did particularly the fresh fruit juice bar.
Cons: I didn't like that we couldn't stay longer.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The Hotel allowed us to get away from the very centre of the city, which can often be very crowded and busy. This gave us the opportunity to relax properly - no noise, no dust, no fumes. The interior of the hotel and the service were all you would expect from an Intercontinental Hotel - except that the standard of service was a cut above what I have experienced before. The staff really were exceptionally helpful.
Cons: As for what I didn't like - sorry- there's nothing I can put in this section.

Good 7.1
Pros: We only stayed here for one night before going to the airport early the next morning. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean and the AC worked fine. Not much to complain about :)
Cons: The staff didn't speak to good English, so we couldn't always understand them. Also, when we wanted to leave the following morning, all the doors to the outside were locked... Luckily a cleaning lady noticed us, otherwise, we would have had a hard time getting to the airport. The area around the guesthouse isn't too nice. There aren't many restaurants around.
Good 7.9
Pros: Clean
Cons: No evelator
Okay 5.6
Cons: Staffs didn't speak English! They were nice but it was difficult to communicate with.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Very helpful staff and owner spotlessly clean
Good 7.9
Cons: The location is quite scary at night
Good 7.9
Pros: large room, quiet A/C very interesting environment: street with no pavement, market stands friendly service, transport to the airport
Okay 5.4
Pros: decent place just to sleep in. cannot expected too much from it.
Cons: hmm 1. bad wifi 2. location not very good 3. it get pretty noise during morning as it was beside a child care and uni 4. no in-house restaurant, hard to find place to eat
Good 7.5
Pros: Very comfortable room with excellent shower and modern bathroom for Cambodia. Very good location regarding airpot access only 20 minute tuk tuk ride. Surrounding area was a little disappointing.
Cons: I was messed about for my room. I think I washould just unfortunate to arrive when a member of staff who was not very experienced was alone on duty without the ability to understand my accent.

Pros: A quiet residential location. In fact it is a residence that’s converted to a hotel, giving it a a very homey feel. A unique experience.
Good 6.3
Pros: Staff very pleasant as all Khmer are even when giving bad news! They were obviously very embarrassed about the whole situation and gave me a small gift, but this didnt really make up for a very disappointing and boring last day. Bed was very comfortable. Close to airport. That's the best I can say.
Cons: Arrived 7pm on a Saturday after a long drive and a busy working week. Had treated myself to this expensive hotel to relax before long journey home. It is a very opulent house but not a hotel. The fittings are all very luxurious but the experience was a continuous let-down. Nowhere nearby to walk, eat or drink. Also difficult for tuk tuk drivers to find. Would have been happy to relax in the hotel room but the Tv was not working..only one khmer channel available... Apparently impossible to fix for the whole 24 hours of my stay. I was the only guest which meant there were few staff on duty. No lift and my room was on top floor. No pool. No balcony. No spa. No kettle in room, just a complicated coffee machine which only made espresso. No minibar. Room ok except for the broken tv but it was not very big and nowhere to lay suitcase to unpack except on the bed. No information in the room about what was available. (Maybe because nothing is!) Downstairs seating area wasn't comfortable (all wooden seats) and very hot as no aircon except in bedroom. Although I was the only guest staying on both days I had to pay extra $70 for late checkout to use my room till 8pm. But I later discovered at 6.30pm that I could not get a meal before going to airport as chef had gone home and would take too long for him to come back and cook before I left. Could not get a glass of wine, unless I bought the whole bottle. No tonic available for gin and tonic!. Finally asked for beer...staff had to go out on a moped to buy some! After this I decided to go early to the airport to get some food and a stiff drink....the car had to stop on the (very short) way to get petrol.... Really a big disappointment and not the kind of relaxing stay I hoped for...and reading other reviews suggests this has all happened before. Way way too expensive for what is being offered.....there are much better places for much less. So be warned.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: The feel of the place is great like own home...the hard work of the staff can’t be described..the service is good would be a memorable place to visit
Good 6.7
Pros: The hotel was clean and we were welcomed with an icy lime-aid which was such a nice touch. The staff was a little clueless, but wonderfully sweet. Unfortunately, that's where the good part of our stay ended.
Cons: The power went out multiple times. I understand that it's Cambodia, but we really splurged on a luxury hotel for the last two nights of our trip so that we were clean and comfortable and well rested for our flight. Without power, we lost air conditioning, water, and wifi-all things that are needed for preparing for the 40 hour trek home. The staff really did try to help out and brought some water and a bucket so we could take bucket showers. We also ordered breakfast both days and our orders were wrong EVERY TIME. We ordered eggs benny the first day and got eggs florentine-no big deal for me, but my meat eating boyfriend wasn't satisfied. We sent his back and when we got the replacement, it was the same meal with the lettuce taken out. They didn't even add meat and it was cold. Usually we'd just laugh and brush something like this off, but you can't claim to be a luxury hotel and then do stuff like this. Our coffee orders were also wrong both mornings. Just an overall huge disappointment.
Good 6.7
Pros: Around 5am we checked out, the driver of the hotel was waiting for to drive us to the airport. And they give a scarf to me as a gift. Very surprising~
Excellent 10.0
Pros: This hotel was absolutely fantastic, we loved our stay and the staff were so friendly. The hotel was was beautifully presented and was always tidy. We would definitely visit again, thank you so much!
Excellent 10.0
Pros: hospitality exceeds expectations clean rooms and a good chef. peaceful to sleep. not much noise.
Cons: mosquitoes not enough bicycles
Okay 5.4
Pros: The staff were sweet & very willing but they were all very young students with no experience & barely a word of English, no French or any language other than their own. The “manager” who was adorable & tried hard was not there for 36 hours because he was sitting exams, there were often times in the daytime when I could not find a single member of staff or other human being in the building (not even in the kitchens- I went everywhere looking for anyone at all). The owner was a mysterious, never-present “boss” who had to be consulted at every turn for the tiniest decision (even what wine I was allowed to have for dinner!) yet would not speak to me on the phone, never showed his face, clearly terrified his poor staff to whom I assume he was paying a pittance. My bedroom door was attacked in the night by a gang of five exceeding ply drunk, aggressive Cambodian men who checked into the hotel at 2am in that state with one young mini-skirted prostitute (5 men & one tart) in the room opposite mine and proceeded to try & break down my door for TWO HOURS from 2am to 4am. It was extremely frightening & noisy & violent. I rang down to “Reception” (there was only one young frightened student in charge of the hotel on his own at night) again & again, asking the guy to call the police, which he never did.p (the explanation was, “they are very rich Cambodians so it’s rather difficult”! In the end I had to threaten these drunken, violent men with the police myself by which time most of them had passed out. The student “manager” heard about it when he arrived at 9am or 10am next morning, asked me what had happened, rang the “boss”, apologised profusely & in an abject manner, said they were going to upgrade me into a much better “presidential” room on the floor below which they did BUT TGEN CHARGED ME THE FULL RATE FOR THAT FAR MORE EXPENSIVE ROOM!
Cons: (Ctd) saying they shoukd never have allowed those violent drunks to check in at 2am, let alone with a prostitute they were then going to fight over! I did eventually get that night free for me & my son but not without arguing (via the invisible boss & à myriad phone calls) for two days. This hotel is a beautiful building, the food is good, the staff sweet & very willing, but without English or any other European language, & without any experience, they could not possibly do anything one would expect of a 5-star hotel such as change one’s ticket, check flights, book another hotel, or even know what wine they had or what the price of any bottle might be (again calls to the boss required!). This is a 3-star hotel in a lovely old building on a highway in the middle of nowhere in the grimmest suburbs. It is also insanely expensive in a town where all other hotels are incredibly cheap!
Excellent 9.6
Pros: The service exceeded expectation. Great staff, comfortable accommodations and free airport car service! I'll stay again.

Excellent 9.6
Pros: The room is very spacious, location is good, near market, and decent pubs around.
Cons: Quite a few Chinese tourists who are very rowdy, and loud.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Comfortable bed and room, good view, safety, location and breakfast buffet.
Cons: Not sure if i was just unlucky but the staff that i asked about tours does not know anything about it and was unable to help me / advise me about tours/ tourist spot/ agency. I complained about the room not having a bath tub as indicated on the facility description of the room that i booked and talked to the same girl and the way she answered me came out like she cant believe i was complaining just because there was no bath tub. I did message them through booking.com straight away and they offered to transfer me the next day but i dont want to tire myself tidying up and moving to another room just for another night. Cambodia was the last country on my itinerary and i am already tired therefore i booked a good room with bath tub to destress. If i just want privacy i could book a cheaper one instead. Otherwise, its been great the rest of the staff were nice and helpful. The room is big and comfy and it was really clean. Love the breakfast buffet too.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Generally it was really good stay!
Cons: When we tried to leave there was no one at reception desk. We needed help to order a tuk tuk and no one helped us.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: It was really great. I had great time.
Okay 5.8
Pros: I would not call this hotel as 4 star.
Cons: No one did what they should do. Dirt still in many areas
Excellent 9.2
Pros: - the staff are amazing - the breakfast was good - the room was very nice
Cons: It is a little far away from the city. The lobby area is very dark makes hard to want to spend time there.
Good 6.3
Pros: Good Location, just few minutes to center, friendly staff, helpful staff!
Cons: The towel are little bit too old, and using the low quality like brushing...the picture and reality’s room 100% different!suggest to see the room first before you decide to stay!

Mediocre 2.5
Cons: According as I requested late checkout until 1 o’clock.U and hotel already confirmed me but finally they removed to my bag without inform me while I went outside. I’m arrived hotel around 12 o’clock but my bag already moved to outside. I don’t understand why hotel staff did this to clients. I really angry about this situation.
Good 7.5
Pros: Found this property close to the place for my business trip, last minute booking and everything is smooth.
Cons: The restaurant is a little stuffy and limited food selection. The coffee is pretty good thou.
Excellent 10.0
Pros: Kind staff, they made everything easy and pleasant. Great hotel.
Mediocre 3.3
Pros: nothing i like on the breakfast....
Cons: variety choice too limited. No coffee serving. fried noodle taste weird.
Good 7.1
Pros: Gym, Bedroom with balcony, choices breakfast, staff friendly and helpful(Restaurant area, receptionist, and gym) but not all,
Cons: Bathroom mirror dirt fog, look like seem long time didn't clean, and towel old and some dirt,
Excellent 9.2
Pros: There was a pool and gym, and the breakfast buffet was pretty good. We enjoyed the noodles. The staff was very businesslike. They receive a lot of business travelers and not many couples or families, I think, so their demeanor was more subdued.
Cons: The hotel was next to another building, so the view from the window was a wall. The bathroom was a little small and the shower was a bit moldy. They TV picture quality was also like a TV from the 90s, even though it was a flat screen TV. We booked the hotel on a sale, so we were quite satisfied. If we had had to pay regular price, I think we would have been dissatisfied with the quality for the price, compared to hotels in Siem Reap.
Good 7.5
Pros: Services mind of hotel staff.
Cons: Room is lacks of maintenance for too long. With a little renovation, this hotel coule be rated as 4 stars ore more hotel.
Good 7.9
Pros: The location was ideal for our activities, but it was a bit harder to locate available restaurants. I enjoyed having the fitness center available.
Cons: The breakfast could have been warmer as well as more variety. The fruit was not as fresh on some days. The coffee had to be ordered rather than available on the buffet.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit cold by the time I went down at 9:30.
Excellent 8.8
Pros: Very big swimming pool with nice area to chill. Good gym Near the airport Friendly staff
Cons: As it is good value for money, remote from city Center and close to airport you can expect a lot of Chinese tourists......... The room is good especially considering the price but don’t expect luxury

Pros: Delicious fruit! and great service
Cons: shower water was not hot
Okay 4.6
Pros: Staff that checked us was nice. 5 to 10 minutes from the airport.
Cons: Arrived at 1am, the access to the reception seemed like arriving to an old abandoned hotel. In the morning it looked better with the views from tennis courts around, but overall very updated and uncared. Room was not very clean, smelled cigarette although it was a non smoking room. Staff did nothing about it. Breakfast on a 2nd floor, we were checking out at 6.30pm, needed to take our luggage up and down the stairs. Poor breakfast, the croissants that I ate were wet, suppose they were defrost.

Was first put in a room on 3rd floor and it is furnace even with Airconditioner which does not work well. Was asked to put up with it . Almost went to another hotel but stayed after asked to be moved after suffering for two hours. Guests should not be made to feel like that. Many hotels close by..will definitely choose those next time
Mediocre 2.5
Cons: They have TV's but literally no programming, nothing but a blank screen, they said it was something went wrong in the area of the city 5 days ago. I didn't believe them because I walked by the hotel next door and it had TV so I went in and indeed their cable was OK, so I called two other hotels in the same block and indeed they also guaranteed TV. Other things they lie about is they do not have a conference room. They do not offer European food nor Thai. They do not serve breakfast except for egg and toast. They are going through construction as they claim they are not. The noise starts promptly at 7am, drilling, hammering and load voices can be heard through the entire property. They claimed it was construction next door but of course by then I would not believe anything they said and checked the 4 floor and yes it under construction. This hotel is a one star Chinese style hotel that caters to Chinese. People are in the hall ways holding Chinese yodeling contests at 2-3am, no way you can sleep! By the way no matter what time of the day you ask for the manager he is out. All you get from the staff are stupid blank stares with no sign of being sorry for lies or short failings of the hotel, just deny and lie even when you show the photos. One of the oddest things is the hotel was built to even deceive, in the lobby their are two elevator doors, if you look on all the other floors you will notice only one and the place doesn't have a basement LOL. The elevator door on the left is fake! They also claim to have a sauna and steam room that you guessed to not exist!
