Pros (+) Staff tried, for the most part, but I shouldn't have relied on reviews found on TripAdvisor so much!
Cons (-) All staff could not understand English, there were no facewashers or soap or conditioner in the room, the kettle in our room had an Australian plug on it and couldn't be used. Room service brought the wrong thing, and no appropriate cutlery. The cocktails on the menu didn't remotely resemble what they should have. No towels by the pool.
