Great kids love it

I love the layout of the Inn. I can see that in non-virus times it would be the ideal place to stay. Desk staff is always friendly and helpful. The room itself was cozy and the furnishings were very comfortable. The area is both quiet and relaxing.

Because I am not fond of elevators, I like booking a room on the ground floor. Since my last stay there, I have been notified that I am blocked from staying on the ground floor. Why? I thought that hotels would go out of their way to accommodate good paying customers. I hope to find that this is all a misunderstanding because I would love to stay there again.

I like that the very comfortable room had all major conveniences. I love the furniture, especially the wrap around sofa and the king-sized bed, and the placement of the bathroom. The TV is great with lots of options. Since I prefer staying on the ground floor, I was very pleased that they accommodated me both times with a room on the first floor.

I have stayed at the Inn two times. Now the management has informed me that I am blocked from booking a room on the ground floor. I do not care for elevators and I often have more luggage that the average customer, so I prefer the ground floor. If I cannot get a room on the ground floor, I will have t book a room elsewhere.
