Pros:Quick easy access to the airport. Free shuttle. Clean.
Cons:Small rooms, front desk staff were not friendly at all. Didn’t even notice when someone walked into their empty lobby. Seemed put out to answer questions. Restaurant was over priced for what you received.
Pros:Inexpensive rates
Cons:Parking was difficult, and not very accommodating. Each time you left the property you had to get the ticket validated. I also found the bedding and towels over used, and dingy.
Pros:The woman at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We checked in late (nearly 2 a.m.) and she was energetic and kind.
Cons:The hallways and room are a bit grungy. It didn't seem as clean as it should have been. We waited a long time for the shuttle to pick us up.
Pros:Hotel is close to the airport
Cons:After checking in, I went to my room only to find that it was already occupied by another person. After returning to the lobby, I had to wait for about 20 minutes before being there were no more available rooms and went to stay somewhere else.
Pros:Staff were nice, comfortable bedding, great location away from the heaviest PHL traffic, but wth quick access to downtown.
Cons:No complimentary breakfast, wifi not immediately available, room was jammed, had to push pretty hard to open it.
Pros:We checked in after 9pm and were gone by 4am for an early flight so we were only here a few hours but I was pleased with hotel. Clean and comfy. Shuttle to airport ran on time and the front desk was helpful at Checkin and even more at checkout...my son needed a pencil to do homework on the flight and the clerk found one but had to run to the hotel next door to have it sharpened, talk about above and beyond at 4am on a 20 degree morning!!

Pros:The young lady at the desk could not have been nicer, warmer or kinder. She was the highlight. In addition, this hotel has a lovely lobby and is very convenient to the airport with a shuttle service every 30 minutes.
Cons:Unfortunately, this hotel was beyond dirty. Someone else's hair in the sink and tub, films of dirt on the carpet near the walls, and a terrier-sized hairball of filth emerging from the air filter in the conditioning unit. The ceiling looked like it had fallen in and been hastily patched. The furniture was lovely, and new, but placed inside a room that had all of the charm of a gas station restroom. I would expect better from Starwood.

Cons:"Get A Room" reported that a CSR had to verify that my flight was delayed. REALLY!?!
