Wouldn't stay there again if you paid me
The bed was comfortable and I slept well (but was also sleep deprived from and probably could have slept well anywhere at that point).
The place was gross. The elevator had unidentifiable goop on the walls and floor. Carpets stained. A man clearly on drugs wandering the lobby when I arrived. The staff was distracted and slow, no smile or "welcome" or anything. It was clearly a business to churn out profits. My window in my room was cracked. Broken glass might be a hazard I would think? I was afraid to walk barefoot in my room based on the dirt and grime I saw in the main areas. Shampoo and soap (yay!) but no conditioner. Proximity to airport was great and free shuttle was also a rundown van indicative of the run-down hotel (if we can call it that).
Location to airport
No more free airport parking. Physical improvements in progress.
Didn't like it.
The location only.
Size of the room and bed. Front desk was not courtesy.
The hotel manager was rude, pointing at the check in time sign when I arrived 15 minutes early. Tried three rooms, the first of which had ants, the second: AC didn't work, and the third: grass all around the AC unit. I checked out after the third room.
Dirty Outdated Front desk worker was hard to understand Breakfast was a joke
Old feeling. Dinge
Although the room was non smoking, it smelled like an ashtray.
In the bathroom, the flush mechanism needs fixing. Water ran continuously.
Cheap and nice
For the price, it was a decent place. They were renovating, so there was places in the hall that smelled like paint & missing carpet, but we had one of the renovated rooms & it was nice, clean, and did the trick. Plus, we left at 4:30am to catch a flight & not only is there a free airport shuttle, but they had breakfast out before we left, so we were able to grab a bite. Night lady was abrupt, but not rude. Morning employee was pleasant & offered us breakfast & coffee.
The only thing I really didnt like was the position of the TV, which was to the side of the bed.
Nice for the money.
The hotel is under renovation but things seemed clean. We got a new room which was nice. Very comfortable bed! Danielle at the front desk was very helpful and friendly.
There is just something about hotels showers. They had great water pressure but a not great shower head, it sprays a wide circle.
Okay place to stay
The staff was very nice and friendly. They must be doing a remodel and the staff made an effort to get me in a newly renovated room.
The hotel was going through a remodel so it was a bit messy. The room was very small and not very many amenities. The breakfast was small. The hallways were hot and they appeared to have no ac running in the halls. The ice maker on the 3rd floor did not work. The alarm clock in the room did not work.
Not what I thought I was getting
Close to airport
Place was dirty, primarily because of renovations hallways were full of dirt. Not at all what I expected from a wyndham hotel. Room was simple and adequate. Breakfast was simple, but dirty and not really a place I wanted to eat in. Staff were very nice
