Cons: A little loud but isn’t everywhere in this town? Seems so. One room needed a paint job or at least have the walls washed. If this place sees so much action maybe paint with a washable finish? Also most of the food is a bit overpriced. Something like $2/30,000 IDR for toast? Seriously? A few good deals for meals though.

Cons: Cleanliness needed a bit of improvement - in the room and around the hotel. The room (963) - the shower was a bit yucky - needs a good clean and regrouting. The drains smelled bad and there was no hot water. Linen not as clean as it should be and it had a damp smell to it (the linen). I think the hotel needs a bit of attention, its a bit old. Staff were always cleaning but I think it just needs a paint job! However, the excellent staff outweighed these small criticisms!

Means they care for anyone there Vita and Melinda were my favorite gals , they greet us with smile and caring every day , we love them two so much , so sad to leave them . You need to inform the hotel if airport pickup needed , they charged IDR 350000, he was so patient to wait fo us even though our immigration was taking so long time to clear, thanks so much Sir. At the end of the stays we were taking pics together , thanks for giving us a precious memory during our stays , I spent my birthday there , it was amazing memory for me , thanks again U need to download an app called Grab wherever u go , it’s cheap . Pros: Staffs at the reception were friendly to answer any questions I love the staffs from the cafe restaurant , every morning was greet by them , they greet me with my name which was shocked me and great . Means they care for anyone there Vita and Melinda were my favorite gals , they greet us with smile and caring every day , we love them two so much , so sad to leave them . You need to inform the hotel if airport pickup needed , they charged IDR 350000, he was so patient to wait fo us even though our immigration was taking so long time to clear, thanks so much Sir. At the end of the stays we were taking pics together , thanks for giving us a precious memory during our stays , I spent my birthday there , it was amazing memory for me , thanks again U need to download an app called Grab wherever u go , it’s cheap . From airport to hotel on traffic taking about An hour Clean bed Room cleaning everyday
