Guests say
Guests frequently praised the hotel's convenient location near malls and attractions, as well as the friendly and helpful staff. Many found the hotel to offer good value for the price, especially for travelers seeking affordable accommodation. However, cleanliness was a recurring concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, stained bedding, and even pests. Some guests also noted issues with amenities such as air conditioning and WiFi, and several were disappointed by the lack of breakfast or restaurant facilities. Overall, while the hotel is valued for its location and service, improvements in cleanliness and amenities are needed.
