Great experience, great staff, helped in ever way they could, no problems, I stay here every time I visit Jakarta, conveniently located, talk to the staff they're so lovely.

It's not my first or second time here, I recommend 100%, anything you are not happy with, go to reception and it's fixed there and then. Check my other reviews here for more useful details. Thanks to the staff, they've been outstanding.

I thank the staff for being very friendly and willing to help me in anyway they could, they wanted to make sure am happy staying there. For what i pay for, it wouldn't get any better. I need a clean room & toilet (well, they are cleaned everyday), fast Internet, cable TV, aircon, safe box. Well, I got all, any problem? Just inform the reception. Location is between North and Central, just download Grab or GoJek and you are sorted! If heavy traffic and you wanna get somewhere faster jusy order a motorbike if its not raining!
