Pros: The rooms are clean with extra pillows and comforter. Plenty of towels, a safe, iron, soaps, room for clothes. The bed is extremely comfortable. The reception speaks many languages and enjoys foreigners. Breakfast is 7€/person (I think). We declined because we enjoy exploring the city. Hotel is low tech, perfect for relaxing, and the street is quiet at night.
Cons: The folding door to the bathroom is strange, but completely fine for couples (not enough privacy for co-workers or families). The TV is small, but who needs to when there is life all around?? 100% recommend!

Located near Nice Cote d Azur Airport, this city centre hotel features a panoramic rooftop terrace with breathtaking views of the Niceskyline. Easily access the Gare Thiers light rail station and navigate all the city has to offer. Each non-smoking guest room features complimentary WiFi, a flat-screen TV with cable, hairdryer, soundproofing, and air-conditioning.

Pros: Location was good, about a 3-4 minute walk to town centre and 5 to the train station and maybe a 20/25 minute walk to the beach front, there is a tram that can take 15 minutes off that though if you don't want the walk. Hotel looks like a typical French Riviera building, presented clean inside and out. Can be a little loud if you're on the lower floor at rush hour time. Staff were friendly and approachable, often gave me help on directions and places to visit. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with no real complaints. I think if I'd go back to nice I'll stay somewhere closer to the beach though. Ideally directions on their website for getting to and from the airport. We got the 98 bus from the airport (€6 eachway)
Cons: Could of had a little more choice at breakfast, other than that it done the job. Extra pillows in the room are a must! Beds are comfy but the lack of pillows didn't make for a good night sleep.
