Pros: I am very grateful to Mr. Rayan at the front desk for my mother's sudden illness during our stay. At that time, I dialed the phone at the front desk very flustered. After answering Mr. Rayan, let us go to the front desk and tell us the nearest hospital in Chinese. Because we don't understand Vietnamese, we asked him to go to the hospital to communicate with the doctor. We communicate in Chinese and he tells my doctor the symptoms of my mother in Vietnamese. He gave us a lot of help and helped me calm down. Thank you very much Mr. Rayan of the novetel! Novetel will be our first choice for our next trip.

Cons: When I took a shower, the water in the shower leaked easily. My mother and I almost fell. We booked for four nights for this stay, but due to my mother's sudden illness on the first night, we had to leave and return to China immediately. After communicating with the hotel staff, the hotel is not willing to refund the remaining three nights. We had to waste three nights of room rates. This is a pity.

Cons: Very noisy on the balcony (rooms are quiet though) Pool water was very cold This was our second stay, there were less beach chairs, and they were further away from the water than before.

Pros: Everything, the staff, the food, the beachfront location is perfect. Rooms are extremely comfortable, the gardens are beautifully maintained. Highly recommended if you are staying in Nha Trang.

Cons: Unfortunately the beach was very dirty, really wish they would do more to clean it. There were plastic bags and garbage all over the place and it was washing on shore. It was really quite sad to see. I think this is the only thing keeping this resort from being perfect

Pros: We stayed for four days, the staff are helpful and kindful. We enjoyed different and delicious vegan breakfast for three days.The chefs are so nice and professional, they will help you cook what you order.The room and swimming pool are also good.We had a good time!

Pros: Amazing beach front location away from the cluttered tourist beaches of the city. Well set out property with two different pools and bars, a restaurant/breakfast area directly on the beach and hands down some of the best service I’ve ever encountered in a hotel/resort. The rooms have lavishly appointed bathrooms, awesome room service and turn downs and positive staff. Well organised, brilliant staff who are eager to assist and extremely smooth logistics management for snorkelling/Diving trips, easily organised spa days and dinners on the jetty. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience, I will definitely return. Thank you staff and management of the Evason, you did an exceptional job.

Cons: The only thing I can fault (and it is by no means a negative) is that during each course of a meal at the restaurant, we were approached by staff and asked how the food was. Probably over the top but their great care and service was shining through.

Cons: Breakfast was not great, coffee was appalling, we visited another establishment on one of the days because of this.

Pros: Mr Nam, one of the hotel staff met us as we arrived. He was incredible. Allowed us to check in early, have our breakfast then instead of the next day (we arrived at 7am), let us use the pool and shower facilities the next day after our snorkel tour even though we had checked out and stored our luggage for us! The breakfast was very impressive and the infinity pool is awesome!

Pros: Really good location in the centre of town, short walk to the beach and restaurants/bars/spa etc. Massive comfortable and clean rooms with balcony and huge bathroom. Excellent varied breakfast with a range of local and international foods - something for everyone! Gym was small but always empty when we went and had everything we wanted to use. Rooftop infinity pool and bar was fantastic. The hotel and facilities were brilliant but ultimately it was the staff that made it really special, everyone we encountered was friendly, polite and couldn't do enough to help make our stay special. Thank you so much!

Cons: The rooftop infinity pool is great, but unfortunately the view from the top is now slightly blocked by new buildings, so not quite as it appears in the photos but still good! The hospitality of the Sky Bar staff more than makes up for this!

Cons: Asking specifically for a room with a bath tub the hotel offered us the Honeymoon Suite with a cool looking Jacuzzi as an upgrade deal. After dinner, already looking forward to our hot tub, we soon realized that it would not be up for the job, since neither water temperature nor flow were high enough (in the end it took 3 hours to fill it up with then lukewarm water). The soon requested help, was no help at all, since technically nothing could be solved. Very unhappy with the unusable hot tub, we complained again at the reception, only to find out now, that this in fact is a KNOWN and often complained issue with their hot tubs! Obviously we were quite upset with this deception. Last but not least, this bath was the main reason we chose this hotel. Also, the offer to downgrade our room to one with a regular size bath tub was no option since they couldn't heat up the water! With no management present at night, we would only let go for the moment since we got promised that we could talk to them the next day to get a proper excuse and compensation. A little later we even tried a proactive attempt in a workaround with water boilers. However, we soon got blocked by an unwilling and rude night shift. During check out the next day we expected a quick resolve. Instead, we had to ask persistently for an hour for the manager, while explaining our situation over and over again. Even more, the assistant (who claimed to be the manager, first!) seemed to be instructed to put the blame on us. It was ridiculous: we should have complained right away; we could have changed the room; we took an upgrade deal, so why even complain? With the manager finally present (didn't introduce himself!), we slowly got somewhere. He blamed it on miscommunication and was only willing to refund us half our room rate - we expected a full refund, of course! While walking out of the hotel, one of the staff came asking us, NOT to leave a review... -> without words!

Pros: The staff was very nice and pleasant, they helped with everything especially Nin Toph with whom we had an opportunity for a discussion and he gave us a good tips of places to visit.

Pros: The hotel is new. Nice room & friendly staff. The GRO will visit restaurant during breakfast to check if you are satisfied with their service. Few minutes walk to the beach.

Cons: Didn't have much choices for breakfast. The location was at the end of the alley which block car to enter at evening so you need to walk about 5-60m. No problem for me but if you have kids or elderly, please note it.

Pros: Absolutely loved our stay at An Vista! Staff were incredibly helpful, particularly Steva and Maria who helped us book airport transfers and an island tour. Breakfast buffet was amazing. Highly recommend staying at An Vista!

Cons: The lifts stopped at every single floor and were jam packed full of people each time you got in one. If you are staying on one of the higher levels you can imagine the wait. Sometimes waiting 10 - 15mins to get to breakfast of a morning. Front desk receptionist English was average. The first room we booked aircon was not working well. Could not manage to get it lower than 24 degres. Making it very uncomfortable. Although staff did manage to compensate us with a new room.

Pros: Everything was perfect. We got a welcome drink when we arrive and were sat in the lounge to wait for the check-in which is quick and friendly. A concierge team member, anh Luan helped us to move things upstair and showed us the room, also gave us some tips and advice for Nha Trang. All the employees we met were attentive and caring. The lifts were always available and never crowded. We were shown the V.I.P room for breakfast so that we can avoid some boisterous touristry groups. Breakfast was beautiful with a nice variety of selections and the catering staffs were always there to help and give us some filtered coffee upon our requirements. The room was clean and spacious with literally everything I wanted. The swimming pool area was nice with at least one watcher there to make sure things are fine. They were really sensible when they reminded me that my mom shouldn't go into the pool with her regular clothes and I'm sorry about that again. Also love the private beach and private tunnel.

Cons: Probably nothing. Just a note to room cleaning service that they should check the bin more thorough as one of my bin was left full after the cleaning. Can't blame them much because that bin is in the low cupboard.

Pros: This hotel is impressive, the staff are super attentive, kind and very professional. We have compliments to everyone who made our stay special. We won a deluxe room upgrade, no words to describe the splendid seaview. Other points to mention are: the impeccable cleanliness, the excellent breakfast (it's like a banquet), the beach access is through a tunnel - something that is differential, you will find many restaurants nearby and there is also own restaurant which is very good with amazing view. Well, we had a fantastic experience in Havana Hotel, we highly recommend it to everyone. We will definitely be back.

Pros: I really enjoyed staying here. The staffs were all welcoming and able to speak in English fluently so that we had no problem on communicating. The food was also great. I reaally liked the pho and the home made yogurt! Lastly, the location of the hotel was just best.

Cons: There were a lot of group of chineses visitors. It was a little crowded on the lobby and the restaurant in the morning, however, the hotel privided another private room for other travelers for the breakfast so we could enjoy our meal in a quiet atmosphere.

Pros: The service from the staff was excellent.Skylight restaurant very good however the most expensive place ive been in Vietnam but still a must.

Cons: Family room spacious but no separate bedroom.No balcony.I would rate the building 4 star however the staff were 5 star.would expect a better room for the price.
