Staff is very friendly and helpful, good value for money, they also have swimming pool at the last floor, so you can enjoy the seaview from the pool.
There is bath in the bathroom, but the water from the sewage apparently is flowing on the floor, which is kind of weird (there is a sewage hole on the floor, however). The rooms are old and worn.

The view is amazing, the sunrise over the rear of Vinh Nguyen is worth getting up early for. Great street life at your feet. In a location where you can walk in any direction. Big DENDRO sign on the building so you know how far away you are. Taxi drivers know the name too so no problem
Bed heads were a little stained, might need some more resilient furniture in the future!

The beach-view was awesome. Room was clean and they provided all the required things like the kettle, fridge etc., Staff were super-friendly. We were not feeling well, so we didn't go to that many places and one of the staff (maybe she observed that we are not going anywhere) provided us with the free tickets for Lucas show. Maybe they were leftover coupons, but still, it brought us immense happiness. Breakfast was good. They also provided us with one person to assist us in boarding the airport bus.
Maybe a fan in the room would have been better.
