Breakfast was good. View from our window was great. Room was small but very efficient and comfortable.
The happy hour entree was terrible and happy hour special on wine just meant you hardly got any wine in your glass.
We stayed in a room with a full kitchen and washer/dryer and full-size refrigerator. It was perfect for our needs. The bed is super comfortable and provided great sleep; however, the pillow is not great for side sleepers because it is too flat. The mattress, on the other hand, had a good firmness to it and was ultra-comfortable. The stay was also quiet, so we slept soundly the entire time we were there (10 nights on the 28th floor). That was what we were most happy about. The location was great, too. We walked everywhere. It is easy to navigate because the hotel is on Avenue of the Americas, which you can walk north or south and will take you to all the main attractions. The staff was great, too. All friendly and helpful.
My only complaint was the cleaning. They did not always stock our toilet paper. We had to ask for it twice. Also, our trash wasn't taken out once when it was overflowing. It was also obvious that our sheets were not changed, despite the policy being sheets get changed after every three nights. The toilet was never cleaned, either. It seems they only came in to change towels and empty trash and vacuum. For 10 nights, I would have expected better cleaning.
Excellent location and good service
Shower was about awkward and sofa was ripped
Nicely located, clean, beautiful, loved the breakfast, rooftop view amazing.
Very good location for the underground. Lots of take always and restaurants in the area. Walking distance to MSG and Times Square.
