Pros: Everything was excellent. Food , room, staff.

Pros: The staff was very nice (and even spoke English well). Rooms were perfectly clean and the city center and Prado station are really close by. The rooftop terrace is a perfect place to relax.

Cons: We were on the bottom level and since the restaurant is right there, there is some noise, but not bad.

Pros: Breakfast was fine, 3 choices at a set price. Beautiful, renovated building with a lot of character. All staff were courteous and helpful, called taxis and answered all my questions. Very Good food for a tiny hotel restaurant

Pros: Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious food from the restaurant. I ate there on multiple occasions. Great coffee. Very comfortable and spacious room. Great art, ambience, and love the rooftop patio.

Cons: What's not to like?? I work for a luxury hotel chain, and stay at many beautiful hotels internationally, but I stayed at 61Prado seven years ago and it was my first choice to return to.

Pros: Hotel is well-kept and staff is helpful and professional. Breakfast was ok. hot shower was great.

Cons: This part of Town didnt feel safe, even the 400 meters from Metro to hotel after sunset were not okay (junks sleeping on the sidewalks). Room was small and lacking oxygen. very very noisy, we could hear literally every single word from other guests, who were chatting in the hallway during a couple of nights.

Pros: Private room with attached bath and toilet at this price!

Pros: Cosy hotel. The staff was really nice and helpful and the hotel has nice interior design. Nice to enjoy a beer on the roof top terrace. Rooms were nice and we had a spacious bath room. Very good bang for the buck!

Cons: The hotel is situated in a not so safe neighborhood which means you need to take a cab to go somewhere during dark hours.

Pros: Positives - the staff was very friendly and professional, other than the manager who did not care about the obvious misrepresentation on their listing regarding parking. Also, the breakfast and balcony area to eat breakfast was very nice. I will definitely not stay here again and do not recommend it. There are other options in the area that are much better organized.

Cons: The listing claims there is reserved parking, but that turned out to be false. I picked this location based on the claim of parking, but when I arrived I was told there was not room in the parking garage (which is TINY). So I parked my car on the street, and both of my door mirrors' covers/turn were stolen off of the car! Then the next night I insisted on being allowed to park in the garage, but I was woken up at 4 am and 7 am to move my car so others could leave (since they had to stack the cars). When I discussed these issues with the manager, nothing was done to repay the cost of what I would need to pay to replace the stolen mirror covers for the car, nor anything offered to rectify the situation. Aside from the parking issue, the bed was very uncomfortable (very hard) and I had no towels in my room.

Pros: We love the attention to detail of all the staff. Great atmosphere and very centrally located at an unbeatable price. We will definitely stay at this hotel again.

Pros: Stayed 2 nights, staff was super friendly from when you first come in the parking lot they welcome you in. Nice view from the balcony. The hotel did a great job informing us about the places and tourist areas to go. Shuttles from the hotel.

Cons: There is no indoor pool and no sauna as it was stated that there was. Only outdoor pool!! I was upset about the worn out furniture, furniture not in the best condition and bed was very stiff. For a 4++ star hotel I think it could’ve been way better. Breakfast was ok. For 1 of the mornings they served us mostly eggs with 4 types of bread.

Pros: The staff is very friendly. The can get you a taxi to pick you up at the airport. You pay little more cheaper then the ones at the airport. Rooms are clean. Good and save location. I loved it here.

Cons: That the front door was usually locked and needed someone to open before I left or arrived. Breakfast is only available from 6:15a to 8:40a, even on wkends. Most hotels in Colombia check out at 1p but this one is at 12p.

Pros: You can walk to a shopping mall and restaurants nearby.

Cons: The locksafe wasn't working and the air conditioner was out of service in our room. The washroom was very tiny and cramped.

Cons: We didnt like the tour to Guatape recommed by the hotel. The organisation was really deficient and even if the tour is bilingual, the english part was lame compared to the spanish one. The bathroom was really small and could use more light.

Pros: The staff was friendly enough.

Cons: The room didn't have any windows. The front entrance was locked when the staff was not operating the front desk (which was often). Both of these things, in my opinion, are fire hazards. The place was noisy. The breakfast was barely edible. Show up first thing for breakfast because when they run out of orange juice and coffee, they don't make more for later arrivals. Make sure that the safe is in working order in the room that you've booked into as not all safes are in working order (keys are missing).

Pros: It’s just 5 min’s walk to the plaza botero and 2 min’s walk to the metro station. Staff are very friendly and helpful. There are quite a number of eateries around

Cons: Because of the location, you’ll find it a bit chaotic outside or even feel unsafe.

Pros: The location is amazingly good, literally next to the metro station and just a block behind the Parque Botero. Staff were nice and friendly and it served it's purpose for a nights stay before heading off to the airport, but I wouldn't stay more than a night.

Cons: The rooms don't let much natural light in, so very dark and gloomy. The bed was rock solid, I think the floor was actually softer and didn't have any springs jutting into your back. It just wasn't the most comfortable and I don't think I'd choose to stay there again, not even for one night.
