Pros (+) The hotel staff were very nice and helpful. Only half of the staff (approx.) spoke English and we had limited Spanish, but we were still able to communicate. The rooms were totally fine - clean and nicely laid out. Nothing super fancy, but very comfortable and great for the price. It was located about one block from a metro station, which was really helpful, and a 10 minute walk from a supermarket...
Cons (-) Bed was a bit firm and there were some cracks in between the window and wall so air could escape/bugs could get in, but nothing worth crying over. No safe in room.
