Pros (+) The only bonus of this place is th great staff members they have (not including management). John, Bryan, Nataly were all very nice and did their best to assist me during my stay.
Cons (-) No matter how slow or busy the hotel is they’ll make you wait until 3pm. They didn’t allow early check in and when I finally checked into the room I didn’t have any towels. After my first night I put the sign on my door for them to service my room and they never did. I had no one clean my room and by the time I returned the housekeeping staff was gone.
