Pros: Location, amazing massage (spa) and very friendly staff. Feels like a boutique hotel, in sense of how every is super helpful. Yet the hotel is decent in terms of size and number of rooms. Thank you Natalie for the exceptional hospitality.

Cons: The breakfast has limited options.

Pros: Room was great! Clean , big with a large comfy bed and the shower was great as well. Staff was polite and formal.

Cons: The hotel seems to check a lot of boxes but doesn't go the extra mile and provide less then you'd expect at this rate and location. Home things are made to seem high end but the knowhow, final touch and some of the little things are missing. Also, the hotel hosted a private event during my stay with loud music in a space that was very close to many of the rooms. With the speakers being only a few meters away from my window , it was impossible to use the room for the majority of the day. Seems guest comfort was less important then extra income.

Pros: Perfect location. Great value for this price. Helpful and discreet staff.

Pros: Friendly helpful staff. Excellent level of service all round. Great place to stay, grest location. Everyone spoke extremely good English and it was a pleasure to be their guest.

Cons: The breakfast choices seemed a bit less.. fewer fruit options. They used to come ask if tea or coffee was needed, now have to ask them for it. Omelette options are also not evident. So yes they should strive to get it back to what it was

Pros: Not a good value. Stayed at the Nobilis hotel in same city for nearly half the price. More luxurious than Leopolis.

Cons: We stayed in a room with balcony, this was our request before on reservation. There was no furniture on the balcony. we asked but they did not bring anything. they said it might be rainy day. So, we used the chair and footrest from the room.

Pros: The rooms are nice and you get two free bottles of water a day. Breakfast was pretty good but fell short of being great. There were eggs including scrambled eggs, breads and toppings, but only thin yoghurt and no bacon. Location is pretty good, 800 m from the city square.

Cons: Breakfast could be better. Would be nice to be a bit closer to the city center.

Pros: It was a perfect hotel with nice people, good meal, cute SPA and stylish rooms.

Pros: Great location close to the Square but (our room at least) was very quiet. Bright, airy room with lots of light. Water bubbler in the corridor. Interesting building.

Cons: We arrived early (8am) as we’d come on the night train from Kiev. We didn’t expect to get into the room straight away, but thought they could have given us at least an early check in - midday, maybe - instead of an inflexible ‘check in is 2pm’ and when pressed ‘well, maybe come at 1.30’ - as it was pretty clear they were not full!

Pros: Location of the residence was perfect. Room was nice, big and cozy. Despite old fashioned building the apartment and hotel looks very modern.

Cons: I recommend to change the curtains into dark, it is impossible to sleep with the sunrise, also the lack of conditioner caused lots of inconvinients.

Pros: It was the perfect location and exactly the right size for one person traveling. It was very clean and the room was modern. WiFi worked well and there were a lot of TV channels. Extremely helpful staff with good English skills. Very good value for the location and the quality of the rooms.

Pros: My second time - everything was amazing. In heart of city center. Super clean and nice view.

Cons: I paid for big room and especially told them a month ago. They given me smaller room. OK it was also big but last time I stayed in 2 times bigger room and that was main reason I chose then again.

Pros: The room was huge and crystal clear. The location is very convenient as it's in the city center. The staff was very nice and affable. The interior is bright and positive, in white color.

Cons: There was no option of late check-out. The weather was hot and the sun was shining into the windows all day. No air conditioning made the stay not as comfortable as it could be. Also, it will be quite noisy for some people because of the big road outside the windows.

Pros: The hotel is situated in a peaceful area within a brisk walk from the city center and old town. The staff were very friendly. A very comfy clean and well-equipped room. Breakfast was amazing. The spa was also available but unfortunately I hadn't time to visit it.

Pros: We had a very large room, bigger than booked. That was nice. The breakfast was the most elaborate we had in this 11 hotel 3 week Ukraine tour. Parking was secured inside the hotel. Nice cafe.

Cons: It is a 25 minute walk to the city center and not the best roads to walk by busy traffic.

Pros: Short and pleasant walk away from Lviv historic city center. Very clean and cosy room with a large comfy bed and crispy clean linen. Good breakfast buffet and excellent spa treatments on offer. Booked ourselves an amazing massage and facial on a short notice and were absolutely happy about both treatments. Very friendly and helpful reception staff, checked us in quite early, helped with with a few inquiries and taxi orders.

Cons: -Larger pastry selection at breakfast would be amazing! -The use of sauna and pool are not included on the price of the hotel stay, which is a shame, since paying separately for an hourly use is a bit of a hassle. Also quite inconveniently the spa treatment rooms are located on different floors with the sauna and pool areas.

Pros: Such great service, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Good breakfast and we had a lovely dinner in the Panorama Lounge restaurant. As we were leaving early the staff arranged a takeaway breakfast for four of us which was also excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

Pros: Hotel is located a walking distance from major tourist attractions and sights in a quiet neighborhood. Staff is professional and friendly. You will not experience any language barriers as long as you communicate in English.

Pros: The hotel facilities are really great with the spa and its different services. The breakfast has a lot of options that will please you whatever are your tastes. The food at the restaurant is very good as well. Cleaning stuff are very friendly and assistful.

Cons: The room was too small. Except from the woman who is at the reception at night, the rest are not very assistful or friendly. It should be cleared in the ads that the swimming pool cost extra. Also For a 4 stars hotel, they should have a cover parking for the cars.

Pros: Clean room and clean hotel in general. Friendly staff at the front desk.

Cons: The faff of using two different lifts to get to the 6th floor, and having to trudge across the hotel to get from one to the other. Also, rooms on the 6th floor are outside one if the hotel bars, and right outside the lift, so can he noisy.

Pros: The gentleman who helped me with booking, printing the tickets for the opera. Plus the moment I checked out and left.

Cons: 5 stars for supporting stuff ( laundry) plus two gentlemen in reception and one in the swimming pool. This three gentlemen spoke English, the female stuff was busy with their smartphones and made you feel unwanted in the hotel. I have asked if they can help me with booking the bus ticket The girl in the reception left , came back with notebook and told me " you can find it and book yourself " ( it's been translated to me by other guest ). That's only one from numerous examples.

Pros: Tired but clean facility. Excellent staff, breakfast, location, WiFi, price.

Pros: Interesting to stay in a character building where you can get a bit of a feel for the history. Lots of tripping hazards in the form of 3 inch lips at the front entrance and throughout the building. The carpets needed replacing badly. You could see and feel the rough, broken tiles that the carpeting was sloppily placed over. The front staff were knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.

Pros: The hotel is located in the city center, half a minute and you are at the Market Square :) The breakfast was fantastic, very attentive stuff and everything was tasty! This historical building was built to be the hotel, amazing interior! The stuff is so helpful and always smiling! Great job, we will definitely stay with you during our next trip!
