Lviv hotels near Rusalka Dnistrova Museum

Pros: Though our stay in Lviv was a total nightmare because of the thieves who stole my wallet in Christmas Market area hotel Leopolis made us feel secure and protected. All staff were very helpfeul, they called the police, arranged train tickets to Kiew even paid it with their own credit card, welcomed our firends who wanted to drop their luggage till our return from Kiew and prepared lucnh boxes as a surprise. The hotel makes you feel a five star experience. although our time in the hotel was limited i'll dearly miss the room and the rich breakfast buffet. Thank you Hotel Leopolis wish we met in a better time.

Pros: Very central location in the middle of the old town, top class hotel with a lovely buffet breakfast and an excellent spa downstairs, which comprised a sauna and jacuzzi as well as offering massages/treatments. Room was very spacious and bed comfortable and huge. Shower excellent with toiletries from The White Company and bathroom had underfloor heating.

Cons: Only problem was that we had a room on the fourth floor with only skylight windows, which we didn't expect for the price.

Pros: Fabulous hotel, room are large clean and modern. Staff are incredibly friendly and accommodating. Beds are really comfortable slept extremely well. Good location. SPA facilities are great. Breakfast was wonderful lots of choice both hot and cold. All in all had a really great stay couldn’t fault it. Will definitely be back when next in Lviv.

Pros: The staff is very friendly and helpful. The Hotel is really clean. The beds are very good and the rooms (standard) are comfortably furnished. The location in the middle of the old town is excellent (no parking spaces). The sauna area is great.

Cons: There is no hotel bar with reasonable opening hours. The in-house restaurant offers a poor selection and is overpriced. In addition, if there are too few guests, the restaurant is closed (unreliable opening hours). Even in the evening it is sometimes difficult to get anything. The breakfast buffet should offer a little more variety (exactly the same every day for 1 week) and could be a little more extensive.

Pros: Location is perfect. Warm and clean rooms. There is free water in every floor.

Cons: Sound insulation was poor.

Pros: The hotel has a lovely complimentary spa with sauna steam room and jacuzzi. It’s booked on a complimentary basis for private use. The breakfast is very mediocre.

Cons: Poor breakfast quality and no duvet covers!!

Pros: Good central location with very friendly and helpful staff. I was given the opportunity to reserve an hour in the Spa/Sauna area (private) and this was very relaxing. The room was comfortable and breakfast satisfactory.

Pros: Breakfast in bed. Fantastic. Staff fantastic. The spa. Absolutely perfect. Highly recommend!

Cons: King beds

Pros: Room was nice, cozy and comfortable with soundproof walls.

Cons: Room didn’t have a balcony or a bidet despite being mentioned in the room facilities. The service was not so good either, unfortunately. Breakfast lacked a couple of options for vegetarians and people who might have allergies (milk, nuts, eggs etc.)

Pros: All perfect ! This is the hotel to stay in if you come to Lyviv.

Pros: The reception ladies were very friendly and professional. The cleaners were very friendly. The staff who brought the food to the rooms were very friendly. However, their supervisor was not, she was unfair and uncooperative, and she could not even communicate in English.

Cons: I had a very bad experience in this Hotel. First of all, I had to change the room because their heating system was bad. Secondly, each time I called for room service, they would tell me that they didn't speak English. This was a 5 star hotel, how can they hire a staff for room service who could not speak English. Because the person who took my order for room service did not speak English, he chose to bring me a supper expensive 3000 UAH caviar that I did not order, and then charged me more than 5000 UAH for a Dinner! Not only that, but he added extra costs in different parts of the bill. I told the receptionist that this was not what I ordered and that the whole bill was incorrect. After a long tensed discussion and me refusing to pay, they gave me a discount for ONE element in the menu, and another smaller discount for the whole bill. The same bill which was wrong in the first place. I did not want to lose my flight so I agreed to pay, I was eventually charged around 3200 UAH for ONE dinner. A dinner that was mistakenly arranged by a person who did not speak English in room service. My original bill should not have exceed 900 UAH, but they made me pay 3200 UAH instead. The receptionists tried their best to help me, but their female supervisor, who did not even speak English was insisting that I should pay and that it was my mistake. She did not even take off the extra wrong amounts added to my bill. She had the menu, she could compare and see that some items in the bill had the wrong costs in them, yet she kept the wrong costs there and asked me to pay for them.

Pros: So clean, 10min from city center, ppl there r just amazing I went there and I don’t know anything, I wanted to make a surprise for my husband of his birthday, they helped me and amazed even me , they did a perfect thing for me in a very short time ,, they r so kind , speak English v well ( that’s was the most important for me ) they r just perfect, with a fantastic restaurant panorama view ,,, I ll do it agin and come back ,, thanks

Cons: Everything

Pros: Rooms were nice an renovated, warm (we stayed in the wintertime) with comfy bed and a balcony facing the church. Cozy bathroom with the great shower. I liked the room service - always perfectly clean and they even changed our bed linen every day. Rooms were well facilitated with enough light and a modern flatscreen TV. Restaurant is on the top floor with panoramic view over the city. Breakfast was overall nice, my special compliment goes to the desserts - although I’m not a big fan of sweets, but the cakes were very tasty and seemed freshly made. Front desk girl was nice and let us do early check in! Thanks!

Cons: I don’t have any particular complaints. Maybe the staff could have used a smile :) I think the overall feeling was that the hotel was slightly overpriced for a regular-clean-but nothing special kind of room that is 15-20 min walk from the old town (Rynok square). Although if you’re ok with the price, you can expect kind of comfy European stay!

Pros: It was a short business trip and worked for us. The location was also good and the prices were reasonable. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff is really helpful and polite and special thanks to Oksana V. for her kindness and efforts.

Cons: Poor WiFi. Location a bit away from downtown. A sport swiming pool - mandatory swiming in lanes with swiming caps. No tea kettle in the room.

Cons: Carpet was not very clean. Nothing else wrong.

Pros: Although the room was clean and unique we were taken aback by all the mirrors on the wall with the tv in the deluxe room. I don't think all the rooms have this. Ornery than that, it was comfortable and the staff was friendly and even called a taxi for us when we needed it. I would go back of I could stay in another room.

Pros: The rooms size was good, the atmosphere is nice at the hotel from the restaurant to the SPA and best was the Gym.

Cons: the only wired thing the housekeeping they did not touch or clear the used glasses. and some spots in the room not so clean.

Pros: Very friendly staff, great gym, all in all, a good stay.

Cons: The room was odorized heavily to mask unpleasant smells I think. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special.

Cons: I'm staying in this hotel when I'm in Lviv. Everything is fabulous!

Pros: Great design, clean rooms, amazing restaurant and welcoming staff. Packed amazing breakfast at 6am for take away.

Pros: The hotel itself is very nice, quite quirky, with unusual decoration, I would say - impressive. The restaurant is decorated in traditional style and the food was excellent and fresh made. The one minus- you have to wait quite long for your meal, but it deserve it. The staff is friendly, speak English as well and they try to help with any your request.

Cons: The hotel doesn't have a lift, and having problems with my leg it was difficult to get to the third floor, so there was an old man, a portier or a door man, and I was quite embarrassing that he should bring our luggage, two heavy suitcases upstairs

Pros: Brides suite is awesome, jacuzzi included :)

Cons: Cleaning lady was rude and lecturing us in the morning for the water which went out of jacuzzi, which wasted an overall good impression of the stay.

Pros: Hotel is aprox. 10 min by taxi from citu center.This hotel has a private parking inside in the teritory.This is sawe place.Rooms are big ,nice, modern, made with local taste.Bed was comfortable.Food was excellent.

Cons: Pool and sauna.Not possible for hotel guests-it was rented out for customers not from hotel.

Cons: The swimming pool and sauna would have been great if the water was warm and we were informed better about how to use them.

Cons: swimming pool entirely reserved for non-hotel guests. No chance to swim or sauna, if not reserved days before.

Pros: Nice staff, good breakfast, very modern bathroom, not far from the railway station.

Cons: Decor not to my liking but this is just a subjective thing.
