Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to Paddington station and local attractions. Many also appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, several guests were disappointed by the small room sizes, cramped bathrooms, and accessibility issues such as the lack of an elevator and many stairs. Some also mentioned unpleasant bathroom smells and misleading room descriptions. Overall, while the location and service were highlights, room comfort and accessibility were common concerns.

Cons (-) Rooms very small, i wonder how they got the bed in. Very heavy mould issue in the bathroom. Underground goes right beneath the Hotel.
